It's officially licensed from Xbox and ONLY Microsoft controllers are allowed to be wireless IF they are licensed, so unfortunately this won't ever be wireless
I bought the Gamesir G7 because someone said to get that because of the mechanical buttons. With the price though I’ll probably get the SE. I made a controller through the Xbox store a while back and it got stick drift. I could have easily bought both Gamesir controllers for what I paid
Got it in the mail yesterday. I was super surprised by it. My Elite Series 2 took a crap on me so I needed something to use while it was out for warranty work. Gamesir should take this feedback and the aspects of this controller and make pro controller because I would buy 3 lol. Awesome review!
The regular potentiometer always broke first before the spring does. Yes hall effect stick still can drift when the spring which push the stick back toward the center is giving out.
You can switch profiles on the fly, using the mode botton and the face buttons, the number of flashes on the LED indicates the profile you are switching to.
Thanks so much for this vid! I currently have the Gamesir G7 SE in my shopping cart because I just developed stick drift on my regular Series S controller lol. I wanted to ask how would you recommend this controller for games like COD or Fortnite? My main concern is if the Gamesir G7 SE has any input delay in the sticks with precise aiming and quicker movements. If you can help me out, I'd really appreciate it! Big thumbs up!
Hey brother, nice review. I wander any other thoughts after 6 months using it? I am thinking of buying g7 se if any problems u having with it pls tell me. Like d-pad or something else, did anyone gow worst?
My power a enhanced controller got stick drift after about 7 months 😢 so I am glad I found this the back buttons are a must for me now and I hate stick drift it ticks all those boxes and the software and other great features are an awesome bonus!
I have this controller also and it is very nice I use it for fps games and the only thing it needs is better thumb stick because the kontrol freaks is to tight.
ive had this controller for sometime now and you dont need trigger stops do it in the software there digital triggers i can shoot faster with this controller than a original xbox pad have mine on 1000hz
I bought one and can’t wait for them to make a wireless one. This controller is absolutely fantastic

Got info i needed fast - tip for wideo. Additional data like the xbox membership should go to the end. Open with core features. :)

What control freeks do u use on it? Ive heard the ps5 ones fit fine
The 1000hz update not forget to its come back when its fix it
Unfortunately if you use 500- 1000 you can use the mic and it makes audio inaccurate i hope they fix it
Do you think I will be able to connect it to a new laptop but cracked fifa 15?
$45 ain’t bad for that thing at all.
how do I get the update where I can set the report rate
mybe stupid question but how do I turn off the white SE controler? I mean do I have to unplug the cable everytime?
yeah just unplug the wire or if you're on Xbox you can just hold the xbox button and it should give u an option to turn it off
Only problem i have with it is finding settings to play apex with it
What you mean by finding settings for apex ?
Excellent review, but as for the quality, is it like a regular xbox controller?
yeah maybe a slighty different shape but overalls feels relatively similar to a standard xbox controller
Hib have the G7 se for PC I have no polling rate option can you help with v6.29 update
Gamesir removed the update because there were problems. Now we have to wait until a new 1000 hertz update comes out.
@@Wow4ik1 thanks
