Nice review! Great looking models for sure and the stock radio is very nice. All radios should have those features, especially the dual rate setting. Cheers and thumbs up!
@@AvidRCWorld ah ok thank you! I was worried that it was a newer design that my car didn't have. I want to buy the rolling chassis in addition and wanted to make sure there was no upgraded version out there.
I love that the hobby store is permitting me to do these it's so great. But I'd love to keep them all but I can't. Thanks for your support throughout the years
The first round of cars were sent out without those pieces on the linkage and some people were having trouble with the steering pushing the dog bone out so the one on the other car is to prevent it from oversteering it bumps into the a arms
Awesome cars. Man they are beautiful. Very wierd steering thingys on the camaro?? THere has to be a reason for that??? Thanks for sharing. Love that chevelle myself. Thumbs up bud. Great work
Avid Rc mentioned that they were to prevent oversteer. put I turn both of them the same into me they had the same throw distance for steering. Thanks for the good question I'll look more into it
I actually have a full scale 1970 SS Chevelle L78 396 same paint sceme my fazer I removed the driveline and took gears out of front diff as true American muscle cars are rear wheel drive it runs great 😉👍
I’d love to know why the Z28 chassis has those unsightly bulky things on the steering? In my opinion it looks like a Mickey Mouse way to limit the steering angle?
you know what I think would have been really cool if they would have made them 2 wheel drive with a live-axle in the back of that's what those cars like.
Yes I understand and know where you're coming from but he would not make a lot of money as this is more productive for them to do and they would make more money
you know what I don't know if the camaro's going to be more top-heavy than the Chevelle SS chevelles a longer wheelbase but I think with the shorter wheelbase the Camaro will have faster turn in
I explained it in the video I did not want to open the box because the hobby store has to sell these and I already opened up the other box and demonstrated it
A 69 camaro never had a 302 motor. The 302 was actually a ford motor not chevy. Also a z28 camaro would at least come with a 350 ci, just an observation because I like to pay attention to details as well

Thanks for watching and to take time to comment. 👍
Tank RC, Now you have to get the El camino to complete the trilogy. 🤙
Very nice cars ! Love American muscle cars ! Can`t decide which one to buy . Cheers from Germany
Those small rounds cups on the front are drive stops to prevent from oversteer
really, that's interesting, thank you for the information. And thanks for stopping by to watch the videos
I was just about to ask what those are. My hellcat doesnt have those. Is it only for shorter wheelbase cars?
@@mportillo78 yes and to prevent the dogbones from popping out

Do these two bodies have complete different wheelbase so they cannot be interchanged
All I run is 3s lipo will it handle 3s lipo
Thank you very much for confirming that it will run on 3s

I own a trx6 snap-on hauler and I'm looking for a 1/10 scale car to ride on back of it
The GTO would be cool
Love is silver on the Chevelle.
Yes it is nice
I actually have a full scale 1970 SS Chevelle L78 396 same paint sceme my fazer I removed the driveline and took gears out of front diff as true American muscle cars are rear wheel drive it runs great 😉👍
Yes a lot of people do remove the front drive to make it more scale. Thanks for stopping by to comment and to watch the video
I wish someone would have done a review on the Kyosho GTO
I am thinking of getting one
I’d love to know why the Z28 chassis has those unsightly bulky things on the steering? In my opinion it looks like a Mickey Mouse way to limit the steering angle?
Yes previous, told me that they were meant for limiting oversteering. Thanks a lot for stopping by and watch the video
And you should get a 2s with high amperage draw like 50c+.
Running these I don't think you're need 50c discharge rate, a 30c rating should be good enough
Hopefully he'll get the charger so you can also see if the charger has a different wheelbase.
Not sure I get it
They also make a charger 1970.
Yes they do

I own the chevelle and the bigger inferno Dodge Demon.good cars,u gotta get the middle upgrade aluminum center driveshaft
thanks a lot for the info, I really appreciate your input on this and I appreciate your support throughout the years
If I buy one of these Kyosho models
Is it my imagination or is The Chevelle's tires on tiny bit wider?
yes they were little bit wider
you know what I don't know if the camaro's going to be more top-heavy than the Chevelle SS chevelles a longer wheelbase but I think with the shorter wheelbase the Camaro will have faster turn in
You might be right it's too bad I can't test them to let you know
So why did you go to the psycho kruiser to explain the radio?
I explained it in the video I did not want to open the box because the hobby store has to sell these and I already opened up the other box and demonstrated it
I’m mad I never bought the 70 Chevelle when it was available didn’t know if it was a good brand or not 🤦🏼♂️
They are still some available but hard to fine, thanks for stopping by.

Did he ever mention the “attention to detail”? 🤣
Frank there's no i in front of the L. Lol
OK Thanks
The stock tires suck big time they wear down quick...and the spurr gear
Thanks for your input I really appreciate the constructive comments
I got the chevelle
Yes there is a lot of details in that body. Thanks for stopping by
Got the Camaro, Chevelle next! 😎
I felt those bodies were Tamiya quality.
LOL NOT!
It's cowl induction. Lol
