@christopherrincon-eh2bn It implies that he does seem to care in his own twisted way. Such a fascinating character. It makes me want to see a truly faithful adaptation of Mary Shelley's original Frankenstein on the big screen even more.
I think Frankenstein's monster just doesn't have any concept of morality and reacts like a homicidal child to everything, if he can't take you with him he kills you, if you take hid girl he kills you, if you reject him he kills you, if he rejects you he kills you, its his go to reaction for every unwanted emotion - kill whatever attachment is causing him to feel. Short version - hes just a psychopath taken to the absolute extreme. But he's kind of adorable between murders, his low self esteem is so relatable, but hes a very bad person.
@samuelwetz8378 should be it believe all the actors in teh animation are they're real life counter point . If not acting then at least voting clay face in his clay form
Not grounded. Not afraid to have the Villian actually be a villain and be unlikable…not a stupid antihero fighting another Batman villain like cough cough Sony. A tragic Shakespearean horror film.
No offense to Matt Reeves’s future interpretation of Clayface for it to be a more grounded version, but I prefer when he's a shape-shifting clay monster than just a psycho actor who can mold his face
Frankenstein is very narcissistic. He thinks everything is about him. It seems to me that he killed the old lady as an act of mercy because he's sparing her from a life without him. It's like when Flag was dying and it seems like Frankenstein is concerned about Flag but then he just asks Flag if the Bride ever mentioned him.
I think all of this stems from victor not bothering to teach him anything about morality or even just basic principles. Frankenstein basically has a child’s mentality
He is definitely narcissistic, but in the case of the old lady, she was saying she couldn't bare him leaving and such, so he just came up with a simple solution

He thinks he can’t stay because he thinks his 1 true prupose is to be with the bride. He thinks he belongs to her as much as he thinks she belongs to him. He just thinks they were meant to be. His perspective of love is incredibly guided and rigid. When something happened that falls outside of his understanding of love he doesn’t understand how to respond
I interpreted as Frankenstein knew the old Gypsy lady worst fear would be to live alone again, you could see based on how freaked out she got at the thought of being alone again and I guess since his life revolves around his bride now he couldnt put off looking for her any longer in his mind so it was kind of a mercy kill she never asked for
Frankenstein is afraid of big emotions. His response to big emotions is to kill the trigger. Victor. Bognada. People he calls family. It's messed up. But we humans do this too. Some people even do this to themselves no matter what morality system they have.

I definitely think it’s Frankenstein’s weirdo version of a mercy kill. Especially since at the beginning of the episode he said if he were in her place he’d kill himself

Soooo....flagg isn't really dead? He looked pretty dead to me!
He probably passed out
I was really worried that Princess Rostovic was going to be Clayface. Because come on, tell me that isn’t something James Gunn would do. So I'm really glad that wasn't the case. 😅
Yeah me too. My guess is Clayface's job was to convince Waller that killing the Princess would stop her from killing the world's heroes where in actuality it's what causes it.
We just want to see dcu Batman
Don't get your hopes up because he's not being fully introduced until the Brave and the Bold

Wait until you guys see the new What If episode . Marvel is slick but I see the set up.
? This is a DC property😂 not Marvel….. and they are not written by the same people…so… what is the set up? Seriously…
@ no . I know they are about to review What If after this . That’s all. It’s not that deep. I just saw the episode and was looking for the review and only saw this one.
This episode is way better than the entirety of What If? Season 3 and it has actual stakes
The overhyoe of this universe is already exhausting
Ughhh....of course someone has to complain all the time.
It's nice to be excited about things, you should try it.
Why would other people's happiness exhaust you 💀💀💀 Get a life 😭🙏
I mean if go to channels that are doing DCU content what you expect my guy? go to literally anywhere else and there’s very little chance you find anything about the DCU.
Bros saying that with the most overhyped movie as a pfp
