THIS is why I react poorly to NAC! Have been in one moldy place after another, you can’t write this stuff. Escape the mold only to end up in mold again. Mold will destroy your mood , mind and body. NEVER stay in a moldy place. If you’re genetically susceptible, you’ll potentially suffer for years with the mycotoxins recirculating in the bile without being excreted/ eliminated. I like NAC but I’m Wartung until I’m mold free again. Thank you.

There are IV hydration centers popping up all over the place and they offer glutathione in some of their “Menu” options in various hydration bags. I use NAC periodically in a nebulizer, and here is what I do. I put about a teaspoon of saline in the nebulizer cup and add approximately 1/2 ( one half) of the contents of a NAC capsule to the saline. This would be approximately 250-300 mg. of NAC. Mix this NAC/Saline solution real well. Then nebulize this for 5-10 minutes. You WILL cough for a little while which is very normal. You should find that the mucus secretions will thin out very nicely. Nebulize a few times a day if needed.@@chrispompano

Cysteine is converted to glutathione in the transulfuration pathway which is the selling point of NAC supplementation - to increase glutathione. But the entry point for cysteine is its conversion from homocysteine (in the methionine cycle) to cystathionine and then to cysteine. The methionine cycle requires 5methylfolate to methylate the homocysteine back into methionine for the cycle to operate properly. Folks with low functioning MTHFR, such as myself, I would caution to not take cysteine supplements like NAC because [1] it down regulates the conversion of homocysteine into cysteine in the transulfuration pathway. [2] Combined with the low methylation rate in the methionine cycle this will elevate homocysteine levels which is associated with all-cause mortality. This is one of the reasons vegans claim the vegan diet is healthy - homocysteine is derived primarily from eating meat. If you are feeling worse supplementing cysteine (NAC) you may have methylation/folate problems and you should stop.

    • @BiblicalLongevity

Alot of patients are being given the new Augmented NAC which is patented and manufactured in Italy and Switzerland. It is made using Quantum Physics, it is potent and is shown in numerous trials to denature the Spike and grabs 99% of free flowing Spike excreting via the Urinary Tract. Each capsule is only 200MG and you only take two daily. Regular NAC only denatures approximately 12-14% of Spike. Our C-19 Doctors put is on this new NAC.

@@nameofthegame9664 There is good studies on how it Denatures the Spike 99.8% versus regular NAC at only 14% The technological way they Augmented it is fully patented, and an FYI, Dr Pierre Kory and Professor Marek with the FLCCC Org use it themselves. You might look up the video on the FLCCC website about the Augmented NAC. Yes it is expensive, but when it denatures the Spike that is free flowing in the body, then flushes it out through the Urinary Tract? That is pretty impressive. There is nothing fishy about it. Each capsule contains only 200mg of Augmented NAC not 600mg as in regular NAC because it takes much less to get the needed effects. You only take two a day, and I include Glycine with it, along with the cocktail of other things our Covid Doctors have us take daily. You need to understand, if you have ever had Covid, any Variant, or the injections, the Spike is still there, still causing inflammation and disease states in your body. With the new JN.1 Variant going around, I want to make sure new Spikes are not added to those already in my body. The only thing to know about the Augmented NAC and regular NAC is that neither will denature and remove Spike that has already found tissues to reside in. It only snatches the free flowing Spike in the bloodstream and removes it via the Urinary Tract.
