Still loving your calm, steady, thorough and crystal clear teaching. And just in case that sentence isn’t expressive enough, let me just interject one more descriptive... superlative! Thank you so very much!
May I know inserting a table in word document and after entering the details in the table , it goes until 2nd page but I want it to fit page 1 itself what should I do
Click inside your table. Then choose the Layout tab. Select Autofit and choose Autofit Contents. That will make the contents of your table fit the page.
You really have a great voice and your trainings are easy and clear. I have really learned so much from your teachings!! I never knew that "word" could do some much.
Good morning - I am using Word for a work project, and utilizing Quick Parts is AWESOME... but I am getting an error. Tried to look into Quick Parts to see what each means and I am still stuck. Insert >Quick Part > Field >Date In Field Codes: DATE \@ "MMMM d, yyyy" .... but I need it to be advanced by 14 days. I have tried "DATE (Set Delay +14) \@ "MMMM d, yyyy" " - but that only gives back today's date. Using Windows 365 on Windows 10 Home TIA
It's not easy. Here is some info for a way to do it. answers.microsoft.com/en-us/msoffice/forum/msoffice_word-mso_win10-mso_2016/how-can-i-add-14-days-to-a-date-in-word/766ecaad-f41d-453e-ad41-82bbd83d6e9b
Fantastically helpful! Clear & concise. This is going to save me loads of time and reduce my repetitive strain. Thank you so much for your time and for sharing your expertise!
using autocorrect is a good trick to avoid typing words one uses many times in a text. lets say you have to type Fahrenheit too many times. On autocorrect you can create a "code" for it "ff" for example, Then everytime you type "ff" and Word autocorrects it to Fahrenheit. It is also useful fro long terms. For instance, if you had to type "United States of America Constitution" many times. just creat a code on autocorrect for it - maybe "ucc". It demans a little to create the list of autocrrect but it saves times typing and checking.
@@SeleTraining I think I gained some days of life typing pff and dff instead of Plaintiff and Defendant, which otherwise I would have to type at least once every paragraph.
And the Ctrl key for sub and superscript, moving the cursor fast, was already in Office 95 😉 ( FYI) I was a Microsoft Office trainer since 1995 by New Horizons. My specialty was shortcut training to avoid RSI.

Not sure. When you copy from the video description it is not including the carriage return so you may have to add it back manually. I'm not aware of a quick shortcut to fix that.
Not sure why but the 'Vertical select' trick didn't work for me
Maybe because it says 2020 not 2023
I really appreciate your training style and especially your tempo. Thank you so much.

What to set in Word, when I use a copy, after that paste, it will look like just the original?
Not sure. When you copy from the video description it is not including the carriage return so you may have to add it back manually. I'm not aware of a quick shortcut to fix that.
@@SeleTraining Of course it can be done manually, but if the text is longer it will take more time.
