  • Word often screws up formatting, generating some obscure configurations unintentionally, and fixing it can be cumbersome such as unwanted page breaks, spacing, styles, indents, colours, or obvious things like wanting to keep a heading with its associated paragraph. I will show you 22 easy ways to fix common formatting problems and make your document look neat and professional. Whether you need to adjust the margins, align the text, insert a table of contents, or apply a style, I go through these tricks.
I also show some speed-up tricks such as keyboard shortcuts (including one command which is not accessible without the shortcut), as well as some lightning-fast ways to select characters, words or paragraphs.
I go through complex section breaks in this video: • MS WORD Sections: comp...

    Interesting.
    Alternatives to these:
control [ or ] also changes font sizes but by one pip at a time so from 36 to 37 instead of 36 to 48.
I use this when I have stuff to print and I want to reduce the size slighty to reduce page numbers but only slightly.
Shift F3 toggles between all three capitalisation states

Ooh yeah! Those are some other great ones 😃, I tend to use > instead of ] as it works on more apps but you’re right about the precision aspect! Shift F3 is a good one! Forgot about it 😃
