My apologies if I posted my thoughts about this video earlier this week. This one is wonderful. I love that you aren’t actually talking….it allows me to close my eyes and trust you….without feeling like I have to keep my eyes open….sounds kind of goofy I guess. I’d have to say this one is my favorite.

That was refreshing. With each strecth I could go deeper in all of the movements. I did the child pose on the back with open knees like I do while sitting on the ground. I love your cats and cows more than my yoga teacher does. Thx ❤😊❤.
