It was hard and sweaty and got an hours worth of work done in 30 min! Thank you for another wonderful workout!
I did NOT feel like working out this morning. This wasn’t my best workout and I took some extra long rest during one of the circuits, but I’m proud of myself for resting instead of quitting and remembering that the goal is progress and not perfection. 👊🏻 Way to work through the lack of motivation, anyone else who felt how I felt today!
Absolutely loved this one! I liked that each AMRAP targeted arms and legs. Definitely a good reminder that low impact does NOT mean low intensity! Heart rate was up! 💪 Thank you Sydney!!
30 minutes AMRAP was so challenging. My favorite definitely was the burner. I am absolutely loving how Sydney is devising these workouts that it feels so different every time. ❤

Oh Lord!!! I'm so pumped after doing this one. My goal is to curl 25 lbs. I tried and only got half way, so I dropped to 22.5 lbs and crushed it. ❤❤❤💪💪💪

Great workout! I earned the sweat today! I love the thirty-minute platform! Protein is another topic, I’ve been a vegan/vegetarian for fifty years! You can get a lot of protein in a plant based diet, only a little trickier! Thank you for all you do Sydney! You’re the best out there!!!

Love the AMRAPS. I actually ended up doing one of your full-out upper body workouts yesterday. So instead of doing the shoulder moves, I did banded lower body moves. So much fun!

This workout was great! I’ve been taking a step back from your workouts the past few months and going to the public gym instead. I still need to workout at home sometimes though and love/ appreciate your channel for that purpose
Good afternoon! My favorite circuit was the heel-lifted squats and front raise circles. I did the heel-lifted squats with my medium Royal Change resistance band. This workout was a good way to start Week 2 of Reps-Level 2.
I miss some cardio workout, I hope we will have some of these in the new reps, phase 2. I don't like amrap style that much but this one was a nice one!
Drip, drip! That was my sweat hitting my mat! AMRAP is on top of my faves list! I keep saying this, I’ll have to make it happen soon, time for 25 lb weights!
Really lacked the motivation today, but showed up and my fav was the last round! Squat and biceps! I know I don’t get nearly enough protein. I’ll work on it!😊 thanks for the great routine.

Heel lifted squats was my favorite. 30 minutes but powerful.
What I loved the most was the protein advice at the end. I’m pretty good with morning protein, but am not sure yet what my daily target should be.
