I don’t even know how I discovered that glitch, one day I just held both triggers and held both analog sticks during that opening scene and after chapter 3 when he still had it on MY MIND WAS BLOWN lol it’s definitely my fav outfit for him so I was so stoked. NGS Black Mod on PC replaces the Grip of Murder with it at least. Not losing anything of value there since that was just the NG3 default look, which was just a downgrade from NG1&2.
Perfect scenario from looking at it from four games. Ryu has his traditional purple ninja outfit for all on The Dark Dragon Blade Incident. He graduates to the Classic Blue outfit for Dragon Sword. When fiends try to resurrect The Archfiend he wears his Black Falcon outfit. When against LOA he wears the updated Black Falcon outfit.
That one sadly isn't in the master collection OR any other other versions. Of the NG games, It was only ever in the Original NG for the xbox & NG:Black i believe. The sigma version removed it but kept the MK II Saber.

Disagree. On my 2nd play through now and its easier for me on hard than it was on normal. 🤣🤣 i may go again on harder difficulties. The only thing i dislike about sigma 1 is all the military shit. I feel there shoulda been more ninja shit for the first game.

Trying to get the DOA costume for Ryu in Sigma 2, but can't figure it out. I've heard it's 30 gold medals in Tag Missions, but that didn't work (although they were stacked medals, didn't finish mentor or Master Ninja)

@@stampiboy1 Sigma probably isnt harder because the difficulty is more fair in my opinion. If you got thourgh NG3s bs you should be fine difficulty wise. Just kill Doku in Chapter 2 so you can get the higher difficulties quicker. The game actually changes a lot on Master Ninja, unlike other games where you fight the same enemies with more health and damage
You have to beat three Ninja Races for the Zhao Yun costume. The Master Collection is a port of the PS Vita version so the unlock criteria is different. In default NGS2, you can beat Mentor for the costume. Not in the Master Collection though.

Choun Shiryu is the name of the outfit. This outfit is based on Zhao Yun from Koei's Dynasty Warriors 6 and can be unlocked by beating the game in Mentor Difficulty. 👍

On your way to the top of core fishes will appear which help gain loads of yellow essence. 2. Farm for yellow essence using vigoorian flail, fire wheels ninpo, & benediction accessory to gain essence faster (UT will help you get yellow essence extremely fast). Go to the city, buy all elixirs or upgrade any weapon(Repeat this step if low on elixirs or want to reach the top of core easily). Ishtaros: Must know when to strike to beat her. True Dragon Sword, Plasma Saber(best choice) or vigoorian flail.

Rachel is a Fiend hunter who assist Ryu Hayabusa in Ninja gaiden 2004/Black and she's playable in NG sigma 1 and 2. Momiji first appearance was in Ninja Gaiden: Dragon Sword on the Nintendo DS, She is a ninja shrine maiden and an apprentice and teammate of Ryu Hayabusa. Ayane and Kasumi are siblings and they both appear in the first Dead or Alive and the sequels. They also appear in Ninja Gaiden, while Ryu Hayabusa is affiliated with the Hayabusa clan, Kasumi's clan is Mugen Tenshin, both clans respect and aid each other, Kasumi also respects Ryu Hayabusa as an ally.

@Mr.Nimbus I've beaten the first 2 many times on all the modes except master ninja and my best advice to improve is to learn how to shuriken cancel(mainly for the dragon sword and obliteration technique), as well as how to do on landing attacks which you do a roll jump and before you hit the ground input the attack(you mainly use this for ultimate techniques and full circle y moves).

@Mr.Nimbus Play a bit more defensively in NG1 it favors defensive play over offensive play like 2&3.
