Just what I needed!!!!! Didn't know what I did to cause such pain to my right shoulder. Pain was most noticeable when I would reach towards the backseat in the car or put something in a lower cabinet while reaching down. Thanks Mr, Matt, you're the best!

What a brilliant video, thank God! I quit watching others because of the loud annoying background music. There’s no need for it. This was calming to watch and it was nice to see someone who really understands the limitations in mobility with this condition. It is so, so painful, especially the sudden movements, I end up crying my eyes out. God willing these exercises will resolve the issue. God bless this man.

I've done this, and it has helped tremendously. I do this at my desk.
To keep your coworkers from thinking that you are about to claim workman's comp...lol
Simply sit upright in your chair, tuck in your chin, and push your arms back against the wall as suggested. Keeping your torso upright and straight. Hold that position for about a minute Then do the same thing except push your straight arms against the desk and out to the side for about 2 minutes while making sure that you are straight and tucking your should down and toward your computer.
Everything is the same except that you are sitting in your office.

Just saw this online and tried it. Matt - YOU are a wizard! I've been dealing with continual should pain when trying to rotate my right arm to the side, but didn't know why. I immediately learned from this video that it is probably because as a health care provider and since Covid have been using a telehealth platform from home and sit hunched over (unknowingly) seeing patients. Pulling weeds clearing flower beds this year also didn't help! I did both exercises for only 2 minutes each just as you demonstrated and omg, immediately experienced a difference in ROM and sense of strength in arm. How is it possible? I'm going to do this for a few weeks and then am planning to also take your $149 program for shoulder strengthening because at 72, I want to hit the pickleball court, swim, do tai chi and other body work to stay fit. You are a god-send, can't thank you enough. Looking for where I make a donation.

thanks for the great tips! As a vendor in the spinal instrument industry, it was my first instinct to assume that this pain was initiating from my cervical spine (radiculopathy) but Im not having any out of the ordinary f tingling, weakness or numbness in my arm, but there is the pain. Enough pain that even lifting a gallon of milk off the top shelft is a tall task.
I think you hit the nail on the head with the "screen time" culprit. I am guilty as charged! I will try these exercises tonight and give you a report.

So, I have a slight shoulder impingement in my R shoulder so the stretch at minute 4 pushes the bone forward and causes pain. Should I not do at all or should I start with just putting my hand against the wall and pressing to the point of pain, then back off? What level of pain should I tolerate before backing off? Thank you.

Thank you for all of your videos!!! I have an issue that started immediately after I took the 2nd COVID shot in my right arm. The shots were taken in different locations because I was in two different states at the time. Anyway, I have had pain and loss of range of motion in my right arm ever since the shot. I'm almost positive I was shot in the muscle, so have been trying to do exercises, which help. But it never really gets much better. What can I do? Thank you again for all of your help with all these natural ways to help us improve our bodies!!!

I'd like to ask you some questions and wondering which email best to contact you? I'm interested in your shoulder program and LOVE and RESONATE with everything you said. Thank you.

Hi sometimes I can lift arm to the side with no pain. And then most of the time it hurts. Depending on the way my hand 🤚 is turned aswel. No pain doing chin-ups. But pain doing pull ups. Also can’t do any push movements at the gym. I.e bench press, dumbell incline movements and also chest press. Do you have any idea what it could be?

Hey Matt, I wanted to ask what should I do if all of my joints hurt, should I just train my entire body to make them feel better or focus on certain parts until they get better and then continue on the rest. Appreciate your videos they're very helpful, I would be glad to get an answer.

I'm at Babara's level after a feet over head fall onto my shoulder. I have no medical insurance currently, but am trying this and it seems to work. However, Matt doesn't speak to frequency, so I'm guessing I should stretch at least twice a day here. I will comment further after a week to post how it worked, but will look for advice on frequency for these stretches. Please know Matt has a LinkedIn channel and website that is also helpful and would enjoy any thankyou's we as his customers can extend. Thanks, Dave

    Matt -
I have the same situation where my ROM is extremely limited in the RS. Problem is I have a severe hunchback for which I am trying your forward head exercises. Since I can't even get within 6 inches of the wall with the back of my head, am I wasting my time with the shoulder exercise #2 or should I just keep doing both? Thanks for your help!

I can lift my arm out to the side without pain, but if I internally rotate my shoulder with my arm at shoulder height it will hurt during part of the rotation at the top inside of my shoulder.
    What would cause that?

Would you advise me to not exercise till I fix my left arm,I know this started with how I'm left handed and tend to lift my phone or ipad with my left arm and through the pandemic I did this a lot and started developing pain on both sides of my elbow joints and as of last week it's gone up to the whole side of my upper to the blades and I can't lift or pick up the smallest thing.
I was about to start working out and I'm worried it could get worse... there's some position's that are so painful and I don't know what to do.
