I really love this!! I started playing a while ago and have gotten through a lot of the game, and while I really enjoyed watching your perfect run, this was also great with all of the cutscenes and a slower pace. I loved that you slowed it down enough to take in the story, but it's still obvious how familiar you are with the game. And those little moments where you made Madeline act like a character of her own added a cute touch and made it feel more like a movie. Some of my favorites were when she looked up at the dust bunnies (that was basically the reason I decided to comment, I had to say something about how adorable that was lmao) and crouched down by Mr. Oshiro for a moment before leaving through the roof. And her hopping up and down after Theo cheered her on in the temple made me laugh XD This is fantastic, thanks for making this video!
Omg that's so sweet 🥺 It warms my heart to know someone paid attention to all those details. That's how I play games usually, and I'm glad the personality shows through the gameplay. Thank you so much! 💚
You're literally what I've been searching for. I wanted a walkthrough without deaths but everybody would skip the cutscene. If they don't skip the cutscene they would die. But yours is perfect, thank you.
Coming back here to say that I appreciate this series you did. As someone with disabilities that prevent good reaction time, I tried Celeste once, with all accessibility options enabled. And I still couldn't do it. The game may not have been my mountain to climb, but that doesn't mean it isn't thrilling watching someone else succeed and do it flawlessly.
Hey, that's actually pretty awesome to hear! It's what I was aiming for. I'm sorry I still haven't yet done this for the rest of the game. I think it would be cool to do a segmented run with everyothing else the game can offer, specially chapter 8 and 9.
Nice video. I love that also the short poems/diarys/letters in resort are included, but unfortunately, like in almost all Celeste Story videos, one of my favorite story parts is missing (oldsite - awake part - the poem near the blocked crystal heart)
I accidentally did at one point, then I sent back and did it correctly, at summit 1k Also, some points in the Badeline fight and the seeker section of mirror temple were pretty close, I had to go a bit faster.
Was this difficult to not use speedrun strats, and other movement tech? Cuz when i try to do something like this (with deaths obviously) i always end up using tech lol
I am very used to playing casually since I already play quite slowly when doing deathless runs. Accidentally I did use a few techs during the run, (like 1:55:35) but I did end up showing the intended way for everything pretty much.
@@adammickiewicz7818 I think like 3 or 4 attempts? I've done any% deathless several times, the main difficulty for me was avoiding doing speed tech and having to watch all cutscenes again haha And sorry for taking long, youtube doesn't notify on replies for me
Beautiful. No better person to make this video.
35:30 lmao
*realizes he's doing a playthrough and not a speedrun*
as canon as it gets

I am soooo glad it helped! Perhaps I should make a segmented one where I include farewell or all the berries too and edit it all together.
@@Rickfernello Oh yes!!! I would love to see that

Amazing youtuber, i was looking for this ! Thanks very much Rickfernello !
I appreciate it! I thought some people might enjoy that.
So this is the canon way to play, huh

@@PatrickA-p5q If I ever do a 100% intended walkthrough I could add that, but I don't know if that is highly requested.
you even turned on screen shake 💀 it really is the authentic casual celeste experience
Exactly!!! I wanted it to be pretty authentic. XD
I think i considered turning off the clock too.
Did you feel the urge to use advanced tech any time during the run? GG on no deaths; how many attempts did it take?
I accidentally did at one point, then I sent back and did it correctly, at summit 1k
Also, some points in the Badeline fight and the seeker section of mirror temple were pretty close, I had to go a bit faster.
Also it took like 3 attempts, latest death was in resort, so I lost like 30 mins with that one lol
@@Rickfernello dream grab :destareline:
i thought i was the only person who wanted something like this. other vids used speedrun strats
I'm glad you enjoyed it!
@@Rickfernello just finished watching it. part 2 when? xD
this is impossible
very cool
amazing
Yes!!! I needed a video like this
I'm glad it helped! I still need to make one including farewell or something.

No "now you're just showing off" in Temple
This is a berryless run. That dialogue only triggers when you get a specific berry.
