    I had the sport attack on my ZZR600 and the grip was fantastic. Such a comfortable ride on these.

    currently installed ContiAttack in my 2004 CBR 1000RR, The grip is good just make it sure it is warm before you ride aggressively, We ran into the mountains and was caught in the rain, Grip is also good in wet but of course you have to control your speed and lean angle, Average of 80 kph (50 mph). formerly used Pirelli SP2's and battlax, but this Contiattack is a bang for buck purchase. I'm quite satisfied. and will opt for a another set in the future.

      good to know. Conti Motion was good enough on my 01 CBR600 F4i but not on my 08 CBR1000RR. once I hit 9,000 in 1st gear the back tire just spins.

    Conti motion was great on my CBR600 F4i. I would get around 12,000 miles on the front tire and around 5,000 - 6,000 miles on the rear with plenty of grip. now that I have a CBR1000RR the Conti motion doesn't have enough grip so I'll be going with the Conti sport attack next time.

    I've had 3 different bikes with the Sport Attacks, great tire. Bike wheelies in downpouring rain. My last set would spin the rear wheel. Hope this tire never goes out of production! Priced right too.

    I had about 3 sets of the Conti-Motion, just cant beat that price for a Continental, (I ride a 07 Triumph Tiger sport, 95% of the time I have the panniers attached) pretty good tire. I've road long distance, rain, hard mountain riding, cornering, everything but track. Life is ok (8000 miles from front, 6000 from the rear) I'm now riding on a set of Dunlap RoadSmart II. I'm at 7,600 miles, I should be able to get an easy 800 more miles out the rear, the front have plenty of tread left. The biggest difference I've notice are cold days, those Conti's don't like to warm up fast on cooler days, gotta take it easy on start ups below 55 degrees, they're pretty slick. The RoadSmart II I haven't noticed any downside yet, great tire, good price, longer life. But if you don't live in cooler climate, you wont be disappointed with the Conti's, but dollar for dollar might want check out those Roadsmart's.

    Can you please tell me in terms of wet and dry grip and breaking capacity the difference between contimotion and road attack 2? in Colombia both cost almost the same, then the safest would be the answer, I practice touring and a little of sport touring from time to time, but never track or circuit days. Thanks

      +Juan Molina me gustan Great question. Both tires are great tires for Sport Touring. Both are zero degree steel-belted radials. The RA 2 features our core technologies like TractionSkin for a quick break-in time and MultiGrip- which improves mileage by using a wear resistant central tread area and safety in the curves by higher grip in the outer tread area. • @askywalker191
    @askywalker191 5 лет назад +3

    conti sport attack is excellent.....cheap ,compared to supercosa, & is almost as grippy as the supercosa
    contimotion is shit...poor mileage & at halfway thru the grip is not there anymore,meaning to say u dare not lean too much,haha...
    there are a lot of better altetnatives for conti motion if u like sport touring tyre,michelin pr5 and metzeler roadtec 01 are fantastic,good grip in the wet n dry,& give higher mileage

    Wich one has the easier handling?

    • @ContiMotoUSA
      @ContiMotoUSA  5 лет назад +1

      +Nope, they are both great handling tires, it just depends what kind of riding you would like to do. The ContiMotion is a more of a sport-touring tire, while the ContiSportAttack is more of a sport/hypersport tire with a more aggressive tread patter and slightly softer compound. This is so bad info, they are not so good on rain or dry, dislike this tires, i used to have them!

    • @kiddcisco
      @kiddcisco 5 лет назад +1

      I rode a set on a 1100xx, they were solid, forgiving and I knew when I was approaching its limit. I have ran the Sport Attacks as well, softer and faster wearing and stickier. The Motions required more warm up time. For the price nothing really beats either

    • @askywalker191
      @askywalker191 5 лет назад

      the conti motion is a waste of money,totally agree with u...the tire is pure shit.
      the sport attack,whether 2 or 3 are excellent....very grippy.....its the track tire for budget racer

      I love the Conti motion idk how anyone can say they r bad now the miles r shorter with this one but considering the side grip I get from the 190 I can literally lay my bike over stay in my lane while going on a straight road and sit it side to side no problem

    • @biggerchris20
      @biggerchris20 3 года назад

      I had three set of the Conti's, they are great tires for touring and long distant riding, I had a set on at The Tail of the Dragon, no problems. One of my riding buddy's always buy expensive sticky tires, he have yet to leave me on any mountain. But cold day warm ups do suck, take a minute to bite. And at the most I only got about 8000 miles out the front tire. But for the money, I don't think they can be beat.
