We hope so to! It was an awesome place. I do know that the owner wouldn’t sell to a teacher i had that looked like Snow White and that was close to 20 years ago. Since then it’s just sat and never sold. Hopefully with your help it will!

Someone probably lives there since nothing pops up when I type in the address or they are still working on it. Its in Troy, Michigan. The house number is 6995 and the street name is Livernois Road. I saw the house number from the video and the partial name of the nursery was there too.
What a perfect candidate for a renovation!! I see that it sold in September of 2023 so hopefully, they'll clear out all of the junk, give it some love and it'll be good as new!!

I can never understand why anyone plants trees so close to a building. I think of what damage they could do to the roof.. You have done a fantastic job already, im looking forward to part 3..
These are sucker trees most likely. The wind carries seed pods from trees and gets stuck against the building. Unless someone's there to keep cutting them down they continue to grow.

I thought the same thing. A lot of vintage and antique furniture that could be worth several $$$ if refurbished . Im just glad no one has destroyed them and that the new owners know what they have.
The spooky music as you walk around inside, then you go upstairs, and keep saying it felt creepy, I laughed so hard when you were making your get away, and you can hear things falling, and crunching under your feet! After you cut all the growth from around it, it looks like such a cute house!

It appears the property is on the market and, if so, you have done the Realtor an enormous favor for potential buyers. With ample parking and commercial zoning, the possibilities are endless - medical or dental office, beauty salon, animal clinic with room for boarding. Great job and I hope it soon becomes a viable business for someone.

There were things in there…children’s rocking chair ….that could be donated to Goodwill. I bet there are some toys too. Of course it’d take time to go through it & I’m sure realtors don’t care. It’s sad. The outside looks great now!! Taking down the school sign might help it sell. Would think realtors know that. It’s great you cared & took care of what you could!💕

Excellent video. You are the hardest working guy in this field. I know about hard work. I grew up on a farm and my Pop didn't believe in horsepower he believed in boy power. Along with our farm work, my brothers and I hired out as a hay crew. We were paid by the bale and would put up 25-30,000 bales field to barn every summer. I have nine kids of my own so along with 50-60 hours a week in the freight business, I had a side job that my boys helped with. I'm retired but my kids carry on the work ethic that I got from my Pop. Very nice job. Everything you did helped to restore the place. The inside is another story and so very sad. Did someone break and ransack or rob this place? Seeing the pictures of the children on the wall is very upsetting under the current conditions. I hope you do go back and clean up the back yard. It would pay homage to the children who once occupied the space. The real estate agent should have the inside professionally cleaned up. Even if all the stuff is left behind it still could be cleaned up and or auctioned off.
Oh gosh Sean, you had to have that freaky music going as I’m saying out loud, ‘get out of there’. Of course having retired from working in a preschool for thirty years I kept thinking of all the treasures that are hidden in that place. I worked with the four year olds and Denver Public Schools but they would throw away some true treasures just because they were old. It would take a lifetime to go through all that. It looked like they had started to close up but then fled. It looks very nice in front Sean, I’m trying to go through all your videos. I might have a chance since you’re fairly new and I am 73😆. It must make you feel good when going to church you see it looking so much better. You do inspire me, I am 17 weeks post knee replacement surgery and now that I am doing better I am trying to get my yard back to where it used to be. Hubs let the back yard die, he finally watered the front after it turned yellow and it looks fine now. Our 36 year old son mows our lawn but no trimming. Hubs has COPD so he can’t do too much, of course he didn’t help before he got sick🤦🏽. Anyway enough of my whining, I want to be more charitable toward him, like you Sean. I can get to the ground and up now so started with weed pulling and I am almost to the point of maintenance. On school days I babysit my 2 1/2 year old granddaughter. She has made me so happy in the winter of my life. I love that you love people especially children. Three girls and one boy and a lovely wife for you. It makes me happy you adore them. It always makes me laugh when you start playing with a toy you found in an abandoned yard or jumping over fences, be careful btw. Thank you for all these wonderful videos that are impacting so many.😘

Hubs has COPD so he can’t do too much, of course he didn’t help before he got sick🤦🏽. Anyway enough of my whining, I want to be more charitable toward him, like you Sean. I can get to the ground and up now so started with weed pulling and I am almost to the point of maintenance. On school days I babysit my 2 1/2 year old granddaughter. She has made me so happy in the winter of my life. I love that you love people especially children. Three girls and one boy and a lovely wife for you. It makes me happy you adore them. It always makes me laugh when you start playing with a toy you found in an abandoned yard or jumping over fences, be careful btw. Thank you for all these wonderful videos that are impacting so many.😘

I would have been afraid to go in that building....they sure left a lot of stuff there. I saw pictures...someone must want those! I am surprised it hasn't been looted! All that stuff in the attic was very weird. I love this transformation! I hope someone does buy it and turn it into something good for the neighbourhood. That was a huge clean up Sean, you did an amazing job. There would be a lot of viewers with heavy hearts seeing what squatters & vandals have don to this once proud centre. It’s so sad to see this place looking so creepy ….but it’s a humongous place !!! Imagine fixing it… could be a shelter for single mothers or women victims of domestic violence…so many possibilities for this abandoned building !!!

In addition to previous post, i must say you really opened up the front of the building! If have more time another day perhaps you could cut down all those small trees against the building that will destroy roof and foundation or walls of basement! What you completed was excellent!
