1 MOSFET transistor 10NM60N is broken.
1 fuse 5A 220V is broken.
1 disk capacitor 1Kv 220K is broken.
1 resistor 0.24 Ohm is broken

Hello, i like your style and that you let us take part on your repairs, thanks a lot therefore. I agree with all you have done, and the result speaks on its own. But for the next time you have a broken 1 KV capacitor, please change it with a 4 KV or higher. I assume, this undervoltaged capacitor is the reason for the whole problems.

i have a an old Phillips 32" it blinks white light 3 or 4 times but will not come on, all the back lights are ok they are the long type like florescence bulb 12 of them,. the power board looks perfect and the main board looks great, all the caps and voltages are present, it will give stand by red light, its my first television to fix and is doing me head in, have all the tools needed to fix it, I am 70 years old and would like to fix it before I die.🤥

Is fuse really solded from factory ?
Broke, broke... Snubber on power transistor has failed. Probably capacitor was shorted then the resistor burned then the transistor failed (overvoltage). And the resistor cannot be 0.28 Ohm... most likely around hundred kOhm.
