ang m~ While I cannot comment specifically on health concerns, I CAN say, that from my clinical perspective, I have yet to see a negative side effect from the health bounce. I’m officially starting the program tomorrow. 1 question - when you say to measure results after 24 workouts I’m wondering if you mean to do all of them together 24 times or after 24 sessions? Am i making sense?? lol. I was going to follow how you suggested doing the hit 2-3 times per week and then combining the other videos 2 x per week each how you suggested.
