    I wish this playlist had come with my rebounder. I have wasted so much time just trying to figure out routines I can make up on my own. This is saving me so much time and frustration. Thank you so much.

      P Kirkey~ that is such great news! I have spent a lot of time (years in fact) trying to figure out body mechanics, minimum effective dose exercise, and what truly works to tone, tighten, etc. I look forward to hearing about your results!     This is wonderful ! I've subscribed . This series looks so perfect for reducing those stubborn fatty flabby areas so difficult to get rid of ! - at last information on how to target smaller , or larger areas . Interesting to learn about the muscle groups . Thanks so much ! 💕💕💕🙏

    I just got vaccinated do you think it would be good to do the health bounce ?

      ang m~ While I cannot comment specifically on health concerns, I CAN say, that from my clinical perspective, I have yet to see a negative side effect from the health bounce. It is definitely my go-to for overall health benefits!

I’m officially starting the program tomorrow. 1 question - when you say to measure results after 24 workouts I’m wondering if you mean to do all of them together 24 times or after 24 sessions? Am i making sense?? lol. I was going to follow how you suggested doing the hit 2-3 times per week and then combining the other videos 2 x per week each how you suggested.
