I had a rash on my leg for 10 years and diagnosed with Scleroderma, Lupus and Sjogrens 15 years ago!
1 month now on her green smoothies and the rash is gone! Lost 10 lbs
I don't dig the hard sell she does, but that's amazing - the rash is gone. Wonderful. Maybe I'll give her a listen. I have no weight problems at all and luckily no autoimmune diseases.

Oh my!!! I know God send me to see this video too!!!🙌🙏🙌 I was tired and frustrated of feeling every morning like I was literally dying. Fatigue, enflamation. After asking God to forgive me for my gluttony eating binging on kettle Carmel popcorn. 🙈🙈🥺 which I never do eat much sweets. I cried for forgiveness and asked God to lead me. And this is how I suddenly appeared on my utube. For now I cut on my sweets and drinking water and doing portion control. But once I educate myself, I will began my journey. God is helping me.
The information this couple has given me has and is going to change my life. Mind-blowing stuff. That these people aren't yet being celebrated worldwide is a crime against humanity.

To Dr G: I love this video! A great and concise overview. I started your hyper nourishment HN protocol in January of this year and have let go of 22 pounds! My TSH and cholesterol are lower and I get a 2nd set of labs back next week; can’t wait! They were always getting worse and are now getting better! Far less inflammation and moods are more regular. Rarely ever feel anxiety anymore (usually if I consume dairy, which I am weaning off of). I have tons more energy and so now I actually enjoy exercise. I always knew I wanted to exercise but it made me so tired (wiped out) due to the hypothyroidism, that I just couldn’t seem to stay consistent.
I learned so much from you on IG, your weekly Q&A on YT and from Thomas’ videos on Smoothie Shred. I finally watched your free videos and then read your Goodbye Autoimmune book. Anyway, there’s more and I could go on and on, but I really just wanted to say that I cannot THANK YOU enough! I just want to let people know that there is hope & recovery!!! ❤ lovely couple with a great message. Very interested in fat loss and muscle gains. I'm struggling. Currently maintaining 64 kgs. I lost .8 kg in weight but it muscle mass even though I'm going to the gym twice a week and pilates once a week. Walking on other days and including rest days. Wfpb no sos. Thinking I'm not eating enough protein but not sure. Anyone knows?
Add omega-3 as they advise.
Make sure you’re getting enough calories. Eat more. Even if it’s only adding more chia and flax into your smoothies. Make sure your supporting all the activity and health changes you’re asking your body to do. Restricting calories will force your body to use muscle as fuel. Eat enough, get your workouts in and don’t be afraid to eat more chia and flax. 👍

My hubby has CKD stage 4, T2DM, CVD, and HTN. HTN has really been a problem lately and his GFR is 21. We're trying to get things balanced and improved. Looking for hope and healing.

Their advice on loading up on omega 3 oil contradicts what alot of the other plant based docs recommend. Weight loss is just one metric of health but excess oil can have silent but deadly effects. There's a recent 2021 meta analysis about omega 3 supplements (more than 1g per day) and increased risk of atrial fibrillation. This was fish oil but authors implied omega 3 supplements in general (somewhat ambiguous tho). I feel this advice is ill advised for those at higher risk of atrial fibrillation. Plenty of people lose the weight without the added liquid oils. I remember Dr Klaper saying too much flaxseed can thin the blood and reduce clotting factor, so he wasnt to keen on more than 1tb flaxseed a day. The rest was good tho, even tho I wouldn't go raw, I prefer the McDougall Diet 😊

I’ve got a question I believe is valid. I’m from the states and live in SE Asia. I can afford to buy kale and chia seeds. People living here in rural areas are in need of a much healthier diet like this. They can use bak choy and other cruciferous vegetables (no problem). However, they have no access to a strong omega 3 source. How do people without much money (in countries where flax and chia aren’t common) get a big increase in omega 3?
Hemp seeds. Hemp grows whereever.

Omega 3 - Unless you have Sitosterolemia :( "Sitosterolemia (also known as phytosterolemia) is a rare disease caused by the accumulation of dietary plant sterols in the body. Accumulation of plant sterols can lead to premature death if left untreated. Sitosterolemia is caused by mutations of the ABCG genes encoding for transporters of plant sterols out of the body. "

I’ve been a vegan for 40 years and wound up with osteoporosis. Brenda Davis nutritionist said I’m not getting enough protein, so did this doctor at the Vegan conference in Long Island I forgot his name. How much protein should a senior citizen be eating in your opinion?
We have not seen it be a protein issue - folks have reversed osteoporosis on our rapid recovery plan with raw veggies but it is essential to do strength training exercise to build muscle density and bone density.
I have also heard that strength and resistance training help prevent bone density loss
Also make sure that if that you’re actually eating a lot more Whole Foods and little or no process vegan food. Oily, processed vegan food can be as toxic as animal products. I used to love the vegan cheeses and beyond meats, and these are not real food.
I lost 18 kgs / 39 lbs doing OMAD.
No way did I drink 3 litres - not even close.
Raw vegi's no - few salad leaves yes.
Yes to a daily omega 3.
NEAT, with resistance training WHICH IS A MUST and no specific cardio was done.
Sleep - no problems there.
It worked for me - but there is no guarantee it would work for anyone else.
When tracked which was rare - my intake comprised of 60% fat and 20% each from carbs and Protein.
Does good by lupus come in Spanish??
