Destiny, Now do this very same thing with someone thinks Trump is guilty with you picking apart their argument, and someone who thinks Trump is innocent with you picking apart that person's argument. This would be interesting since it seems that you already have a foregone conclusion about Trump, yet there is evidence showing the contrary.
destiny forgot the 2 billion given to jared kushner from saudi arabia and the hotel rooms and another billion to stephen miller if he thinks biden enriching himself through policy or the office is historically new. the answer is what makes it illegal? the hatch act. republicans cant say this because of how much they have violated the same hatch act.
Destiny is fantastic at masking his veneer of objectivity when it comes to which politicians lie. The fact that Destiny wasn't aware Biden plagerized half of one of his speeches in 1988 from a Labor MP in England is bewildering. All Destiny has to do is youtube "Biden's lies throughout the years and it's fuckin endless". Destiny is fantastic at putting on this impartial veneer when in the end he'll always be on team Blue and overlook all incriminating evidence that might potentially harm the Dems. Rob provided you with a fuckton of circumstantial evidence and your automatic impulse is to be contrarian and assert less deleterious motives. Biden got Shokin fired and bragged about it on tape. It was the epitome of a quid pro quo. I'm a registered democrat who will vote Trump only because the man wasn't given a fair shake in 2016 and the Garland DOJ is weaponizing law enforcement to sidle his candidacy, something I never thought possible could happen in my beloved country. I have Democratic values but you can't treat your political opponent this way. Trump didn't end up doing shit to Hillary or ordering investigations into her dubious ventures while President, even if "lock her up" was a popular chant during his speeches. Actions speak louder than words. I encourage all principled Democrats to join me. Our constitution matters more than party affiliation. I can't believe I'm saying it, or it's come to this, but Trump 2024!

Yeah it is a good process, buy it needs a cap video at a later date. The problem off thinking out loud is that your opinion can change after sitting on the work for a while
Yes! This is the arc I want now. I kind of dislike this guys interaction a bit but mostly cause of his “won’t you agree that if I’m right will you say this is bad?” Logic. He wants this to be true so he is ignoring lack of facts and filling in gaps with assumptions. Destiny pushes back on most of it but it’s annoying when he keeps pushing assumptions and even calls them “facts” at some points. He even said “we all know” a few times on some catch alls that aren’t even true.
@@ItsBradfordI disagree, "if I am correct, wouldn't you agree this is bad?" Is a perfectly charitable question to ask someone. It delineates *where* they disagree. If they answer "yes, I agree - then it'd be bad" then the evidence is where the discussion should go. If, "No, even then- I think that's OK" then moral framework is what needs to be understood. "We all know" in most contexts are bad. However, in this context, "we all know" is more describing the suspicions of the prosecution party, or the common logic tree that is present in many professionals directly involved. Rob is providing more details with that statement, given the full context of this performance.
I agree, giving the benefit of the doubt that despite all the possible impressions of impropriety, all parties just did the right thing and not the easiest thing to accomplish what they wanted to their benefit is incredibly naive
Exactly. This is why jury trials and House investigations are a thing. You have to make a decision based on the evidence. Destiny literally wants the smoking gun, but these people are too smart and too well-connected to outright say what they are doing. So you have to rely on circumstantial evidence and testimony, but Destiny refuses to acknowledge any of that because of his political bias. If this were a discussion about Trump and his children, Destiny would not be like "wait wait wait" every time a strong point was made against the accused.
"They could be innocent, so until we know for sure, there's no point in investigating them." There, saved you two hours. Destiny *really* has a hilarous level of credulity when it comes to anything Biden-related.
Damn. I wish I had seen this before I wasted 2 hours of my life! Your description is accurate and very kind. I'm not sure I would have described it as nicely as you did!
Mass copium on the Biden’s selling influence, it’s getting pathetic. You voted for a Chinese pawn, sorry just accept it or the grift becomes blatantly obvious.
My guess is if it sound like a duck Looks like a duck, Hunter Biden’s getting the family rich influence peddling. Curious how much Destiny is getting paid to not admit the obvious?
@@Shadowbanned4LyfeI’m not saying I agree with most of his opinions, but he doesn’t appear to shy away from facts that may cut against the common progressive narrative like most political commentators do, right and left.
In the first 15 minutes Destiny says "There is no evidence" /weak evidence regarding Biden corruption. But Ben's evidence was with regard to the fact Joe Biden said he knew nothing of Hunter's business dealings, yet the evidence was shown that he did in fact know of Hunter's business dealings. Did Destiny miss this?
He says hes open but he gives an immense amount of room to Biden for some reason. There is so much evidence displayed to him and he gives benefit of the doubt to that family at every turn.
@@perfectdark287 They quite literally went after Trump even when they had evidence disproving some of their charges, such as the electors accusation where they have the transcript of Trump with his lawyers talking about the legal path with the electors. Also, they accidentally leaked a "Jury decision" before the jury had even time to deliberate in Georgia Then there's the New York case where he was convicted for sexual abuse and defamation without much proper evidence. They *convicted* him based witness testimony consisting of two friends that claim she told them, two previous accusers, the tape that contained the "Grab them by the pussy" line and a photo with Trump and the accuser
This right here is why I started listening to destiny in the first place and continue to listen to him all these years later. If he's for or against something it's based in the facts he knows and what he truly believes, hes not grifting and he doesn't blindly attack or support people based on pre conceived notions. Which is why right wingers call him left wing and vice versa, so many people can't fathom judging situations off facts, they just go off of whose "side" they are on
@lollipopPhoenix13 he's openly on the left, but I meant like a radical left winger commie stereotype, which he is definitely not. I just meant any scrutiny he gives to the left makes partisan hacks call him a right winger and vice versa, when to me it seems he's just coming at things with a somewhat open mind instead of deciding what he thinks about it before even hearing the facts
He probably didn't make a statement about not indicting his son publicly. It's just apparent in the fact that Hunter lied on his background check to buy a gun, threw the gun in a dumpster within 1,000 feet of a school, had the secret service try to confiscate the form from the gun shop, then didn't face charges for 7 years. As far as Burisma, the man literally bragged about a quid pro quo to fire the prosecutor investigating Burisma while his son was on the board and was calling his dad during meetings. How do you get around that, it doesn't matter what Biden claims his intentions were. There's a simple line of facts.
The words in your “facts” do some insanely heavy lifting (well.. in the Burisma situation. The other I’d agree you presented objectively, as far as i can fact check). There’s a difference between enacting a policy decision desired by your nation and allies VS making a decision despite your country for personal enrichment. There’s a difference between an investigator putting pressure on a company VS a sham investigator who at some point in the last decade may have had an investigation inquiry put forth in front of him. These are examples of extremes towards exculpatory VS incriminating, but they both fit your description of the “facts”. Right now you’re being reductive to the point where it’s a “choose your adventure” story. You should try to be aware when you make statements in the exact fashion that left wing media did with Jacob Blake and Rittenhouse… you should probably stay cognizant of that
@@Michael-kp4bd I never commented on his intentions behind the quid pro quo, just that he entered one. I made two statements of fact, I don't see the heavy lifting. So, are you saying that he didn't admit to telling Ukraine that he was going to withhold the billion dollars if they didn't fire the prosecutor? Was his son not hired on the board of Burisma, an energy company of which Hunter has no professional experience in? Did Devon Archer not admit that he witnessed phone calls between Joe Biden and Hunter Biden that occured during Hunters business meetings? Did he not admit they were selling a brand, the Biden family Brand, at which he said it was fair to make the statement that Joe was the main selling point. Was Hunter paying his dad 50,000 a month for rent, 10x more than anyone else in the neighborhood payed for rent, the same year he got his payout from Burisma? I mean yeah, I'll admit I wasn't there. Even without all that, the fact that we had a vice president give a quid pro quo to a country to fire a prosecutor that was investigating a company that was paying his son is unacceptable. It doesn't really matter what his reasoning was, he should have never accepted the position over Ukraine where he had that level of conflict of interest.
@@Michael-kp4bd 'in the exact fashion that left wing media did with Jacob Blake and Rittenhouse" it's interesting how all the wind blows to the left, isn't it?
@@Michael-kp4bd a quid pro quo is a quid pro quo. The only difference here is that Biden successfully got what he wanted (quid pro quo completed, money given to ukraine), and Trump didn't actually perform a quid pro quo (quid pro quo not completed, money given to ukraine). The big difference is that after the fact we attempted to impeach trump, and after the fact we elected biden. I watched every moment of that trump trial. The investigation was straight "word of mouth" by "someone that heard". If we take things by what informants have heard then we could also take the FBI document in this video by "what they heard" as well, but Destiny very readily blew that off, for the exact reason of it not being concrete proof. This is how you can tell people have biases.
The fact that so many people are amazed by Destiny doing what everyone should be doing, making decisions based on facts, just shows how propagandized the u.s. is
Honestly with how complicated and interconnected shit is on a geopolitical level and international business level, finding concrete facts is pretty fucking hard

Shall we wade through these weeds for ten minutes?* Rob: *Wades through the weeds, gets back to the path* Destiny: *Hey look! MORE WEEDS!*
@@madd_megz I don't think so lol, it's just a strategy to stop Rob from talking about certain things and prevent him from making his argument. Half the time Destiny's weeds were just randomly deciding to question an established fact to force Rob to re-establish it, which didn't add to the audience's knowledge at all, just disrupted Rob's train of thought. Example: "Wait, did he even say shut down the cases?" Yes, he did, he said "close down the cases", we can literally see it on your screen.
Very frustrating to listen to. All the yawning, constant interruptions, “it’s ok I’m not retarded” I do appreciate this is being discussed at all outside of conservative media. But honestly please destiny try to be less patronising
Rob "trying to explain why it's bad" is him giving a narrative. Destiny doesn't care about listening to a narrative, he wants to just get to the facts and form his own opinions
@@skylerblumenthal7003 If Rob was giving "narratives", then do you understand that Destiny exonerating Biden's potential corruption with speculation such as "well maybe they really believed the investigation was a waste of time!" is obviously also a narrative, so why then did Destiny shut down Rob's "narratives" but claim the privilege of propagating his own? I hope you're not so deep in the bubble that you can't say the hypocrisy and dishonesty in shutting down one argument so you can artificially amplify your own. In any case, explaining why a hypothetical action would be corrupt isn't a narrative - Destiny repeatedly questioned whether something was bad, and whenever Rob tried to explain, Destiny frantically shut him down.
@@romnesia7729 I am embarrassed to admit that when I read the clik-bait title I actually believed that someone was able to present the timeline and facts to Destiny in such a way as to finally back him into a corner where he was forced to admit that there was something to this whole Biden corruption thing. An hour and a half into it I realized that I seriously underestimated the delusion and bias that Destiny is under the influence of. I do not doubt that in his mind, Trump would have been guilty of all charges with a tenth of the evidence. Also, I think Destiny is confusing proof with evidence. Shapiro presented a lot of evidence. More than enough to warrant an investigation to uncover proof.
This isn’t the other side. He missed so much. He never brought up Tony Bobilinski, who is also Hunter’s business partner. He had way more damning things to say. He came out to clear his name prior to the 2020 election.
It's not even circumstantial if you have to invent a crime first. It's like saying DNA was found at the scene. Okay, but like... what would that even mean? How does it indicate a crime took place? We have "proof" that Joe was somewhere. Okay, so? We also have several testimonies that say Joe didn't ever discuss any business stuff at any point. That's direct evidence, not circumstantial. So far they found way more stuff to clear Joe Biden's name than anything else.
Ok so they call for lobbying of US officials, then the father of one of their board members goes over and of his own volition does PRECISELY what they want done. Suspicious at bare minimum
I remember when he was on Tim's show and tim told him repeatedly to look into this more and Destiny was hesitant saying he thought Tim was wrong. Good to see Destiny finally digging into it more.
@@douchenozzlemcgee6111 I'd expect that from him, he has strong bias and it's written all over his face each time i see him be confronted on an idea. He's definitely an emotional guy and it'll take him longer to accept the truth because he has to address his emotions along the way.
Rob is skipping some very crucial information in the timeline. The Ukrainian parliament started trying to oust Shokin as early as mid-July 2015. Two of Shokin's deputies resigned at the end of July due to corruption scandals for which Shokin was also implicated. Pyatt (then current US ambassador to Ukraine) said that the Prosecutor General's office was being an obstacle to anti-corruption reforms and wasn't getting to the bottom of corruption within its own office in Sep 2015. Former US ambassador John Herbst said "It's an absolute scandal that Mr. Shokin is the prosecutor general" on Oct 24th 2015. All of these were prior to when Rob claims the push from Biden came.
The thing I love about the whole situation is that by digging in deep to his business connections back in 2013, conservatives have convinced me that Hunter Biden was totally qualified to serve on the Burisma board. Dude was well connected and doing business deals relating to energy all over the place. I admit, I was skeptical of why he was there when the story first broke, but they have convinced me that there was actually nothing suspect there, lol.
…. No dude. The idea that a Vic e presidents son was doing this is CRAZY. Imagine I a scenario where the Vice President becomes president and then has to determine if he was going to support war in that country. Oh wait….
The problem is that doesn't really affect anything. It requires a presumption that the Ukraine government was pushing to remove him for the same reason that Rob is claiming.
Yep. Asking for proof really should be left to the lawyers. Why is Destiny pretending it's his place to ask? I mean who cares if right wingers are desperately trying to convince him that Biden is the most corrupt president in US history, he doesn't need to defend the guy by asking why they think that.

You are not nearly as smart as you would like to think.
Destiny could walk into a room and find Joe and Hunter Biden smoking crack naked on top of a mountain of gold which says "Ukraine dirty money" and he would still not be convinced.
This is hillarious. I enjoy destiny's content but his blind spots are cringey. Its incredible how concrete it is in destiny's mind that in a workplace for example, asking for sexual favors from an underling is highly unethical and not okay under any circumstances but corruption on a multinational level deserves the most careful examination and concrete proof to even infer wrongdoing. We all know why hunter calls dad. Same reason he called him when he wrecked a rental car and left his ID and crack pipe in it before fleeing the scene. In case youre wondering what happened, the secret service showed up after Hunter was apprehended and said "we're taking it from here." No, he was never prosecuted.

If Rob's main point of paying attention / going through all this was to prove that there was a double standard between how the FBI acted between Trump and Biden then he did this at the wrong time because that isn't what Destiny was trying to get out of this. At the end I would have just asked Destiny "Undue the mind wipe. Now that you have this information, including what the informant said, do you or do you not think it is BS that they investigated Trump with that flimsy information and didn't investigate Joe based on this information?"
He doesn't care. He pretty openly stated that he doesn't want to dig for the hard evidence he's looking for if it's Biden (even if the open source evidence is near-conclusive), but if it's Trump, he doesn't care that the CIA's Section Chief of Counter-Espionage was using his FBI role (Section Chief of Counter Intelligence) to falsify evidence about Trump and take him down by any means necessary.
If hunter and Joe thought they were just doing every day things that may not be wrong, then why did Joe have to continue to deny any involvement at all? Maybe because he knew they were doing something wrong.
And why does Joe and Hunter have a shared bank account? And why does Joe have fake names for email accounts? I aint sure why folks are doubting so much, an investigation is well warranted. Seriously, when would ANYONE EVER need a shared bank account with their son? Like, the problems with taxes alone is reason not to do it for pretty much 99.9% of the population if it's for honest reasons
16:00 That's what we need the DOJ for. Funny how that works. His argument on "The Big guy" is 100% valid. If I send an Email to someone close to you and say "We need to save 10% for destiny" and then I send emails to other people and I clarify that I refer to Steven as Destiny... Is there any other possible conclusion you can reach? It also doesn't matter that the name isn't public, it makes the entire thing even more obvious. Unless someone can find that same person calling someone else "The big guy" you can't even begin to defend Biden.
Rob really sounds like this one short guy from a cartoon but i cant remember the name of it. he was super whiny but had a best friend who was trying to make it with his girlfriend but the short guy kept wanting to hang out.
The evidence is in his personal emails and bank transactions that perfectly line up with the payoff timelines along with his public quid pro quo confession. Ignoring or looking at the evidence is destiny's way of deciding whether or not it exists I guess.
100%. Destiny is a professional debater, he always makes his stance seem reasonable by conflating smaller points to discredit bigger ones. He does it in every debate he’s on the wrong side of. For example he says “why would they take a photo together if they are doing anything illegal” taking away from the fact the photo exists in the first place. Master of semantics lol

If your mind was wiped, you'd need comparisons to see what would be the standard process. Saying your mind is wiped, does not make it true. If your mind was wiped, and he said "OK, so this is what they did in this investigation, but they did this for another investigation" your mind would literally go "That's quite a discrepancy, why is there such a discrepancy in the way things were handled?" It's a lot harder to take in information unbiased. One of the things you're right on is that there's no concrete out in the public straight proof of things, as we can't simply trust an "informants" word on someone else as being 100% the truth. There definitely is a massive discrepancy on how things are handled when it came to their cases vs trumps cases. When it comes to "Trumps" cases, "informants" saying things have been good enough for literally everyone. As a side note, there's old video evidence of Joe Biden happily claiming he quid pro quo'ed (his exact words in the video) Ukraine to withhold sending money to Ukraine until an investigator was fired (democrats in the video applauded, btw). Virtually the same thing Trump was accused of doing. The difference? Trump got put on trial for impeachment after, and Biden got elected after. I hate politics with a passion, but voting in someone for doing something strikingly similar to what you just attempted to impeach someone for is nothing less than crazy. And likewise, anyone that thinks Biden won the debate against Sanders is also crazy, but CNN touted Biden as the winner of that debate. Monk fruit sweetener derives its sweetness from compounds called mogrosides, which are about 100-250 times sweeter than sucrose (table sugar). When consumed, mogrosides aren't metabolized by the body for energy, thus contributing zero calories. Unlike sugar, these compounds don't spike blood sugar levels, making monk fruit an appealing option for diabetics and those watching their caloric intake. The biochemical pathway for metabolizing mogrosides bypasses the pathways that would convert nutrients into calories, neatly sidestepping the caloric contribution to the body.

Yeah that was ultra frustrating. It's written in the log if the deposition multiple times - Archer is pretty clearly leaving himself some outs by saying he doesn't know specifically what was said or what Joe Biden would do, and that might be true, but at the very least we have Hunter on the board of a company being investigated for corruption and the Hunter calling his dad to request help in alleviating the pressure Burisma is facing from various governments. This is direct evidence that Biden has lied over the last decade every time he claimed to have no knowledge of Hunter's foreign business dealings, Joe has claimed on multiple occasions that there's absolutely no truth to the claims that Hunter was involved in any corruption and we know factually that Joe Biden lied when he said those things. It's not enough to implicate Joe Biden in that corruption, but based on the circumstantial evidence I don't know how anyone would say it's more likely that Joe did nothing wrong here.

@@floridamainn104 I dunno. Ben did seem to concede some points about pronouns and such to Blaire White. Likewise, I think Destiny will be respectful if Ben is respectful to him (and given he's had decent talks with Ana, it seems possible). As good faith as Destiny is, he has his sophist moments where he'll walk around certain issues to avoid forms of analysis that unearth counter narratives. I don't even blame him, because losing a debate is not something that happens to him frequently, but it would still compromise his brand... But I think Shapiro is a bit better faith in that he'll concede on certain issues. In the end, I think the more skilled the debater, the more sophistry Destiny will apply.
If you understand the difference between a factual statement and an opinion you would realize he was very justified in cutting rob off from getting on his soapbox
Some points: 1) In the Archer testimony, when given the explicit option to say if he was told the call was to 'DC' or 'Dad' he says it was DC. 2) The Archer testimony also states that Burisma thought Shokin was 'under control' and they did NOT want him fired. 3) The Pozharskiy email explicitly talks about lobbying US officials HERE IN UKRAINE - not in the US (so not the VP) 4) The whole narrative falls apart if you can show the US already wanted Shokin fired (which afaik they did)
1. Archer says explicitly prior to that statement that Hunter called his Dad because that's what Archer was told. It's unclear actually if Archer just assumed DC meant Joe Biden or if the other board members asked Hunter to call DC and then Vadym told Archer that Hunter called Joe. It could be either of those. 2. Archer says he was given the narrative from others that Shokin being fired would be bad for Burisma, but explicitly says Hunter and the rest of the board never said anything of the sort and that he had only heard this from other people. Given the nature of the investigation and how high up it was in the Ukranian government, this seems like it came more from speculation rather than anything factual because not a lot of people knew what Shokin intended or what evidence had been collected. We still don't really know, Shokin had corruption issues, the entire Ukranian government did, so it's unclear if he would have even chosen to prosecute Burisma or if he would have sandbagged the investigation. 3. The email references US officials explicitly, I don't know if we're reading something different but regardless what they were doing wasn't illegal so it's not entirely relevant. Hunter would even be free to act as a lobbyist himself if he wanted to, and he definitely did which is fine. 4. Some wanted Shokin gone and some didn't, but given that Biden had the backing of Obama I think it's reasonable to say nobody was going to bat for him. The only thing I find suspicious here is that Shokin being fired was used as a tool to withhold aid - there were bigger problems in the Ukranian government at the time than Shokin, he doesn't seem like someone the administration would go out of their way so publicly for unless someone high up was pressing for it which is why it tracks that Hunter may have asked Joe to make it happen. Nobody is going to lose sleep over the pressured removal of a corrupt Ukranian prosecutor, but I find it hard to belive he was really important enough for the entire administration to make him the bargaining piece for the $1b in aid. Also worth noting that Burisma did have corruption issues, Shokin's successor uncovered at least some of it, so I don't know that the testimony of Archer is particularly compelling given that his close ties and high position in the company make it unlikely that he didn't know what was going on and the same goes for Hunter. Everything he says here could be an attempt to cover himself, he is definitely careful to only confirm things that are 100% up to standard and basically says he didn't know or can't remember about everything else.
Others in Obama adminstration loved shokin before Biden asked him to be fired . Archer testimony says people around DC were talking about Baurshima didn’t want him fired not that Baurshima actually were thinking the same just the DC people were thinking that way .. big difference
@@amant7963 You're not contradicting the original comment at all lol. "Others" is not US policy. In 2015, U.S. Ambassador to Ukraine Geoffrey Pyatt was making public speeches condemning Shokin's office.

@@ItsBradfordI disagree, "if I am correct, wouldn't you agree this is bad?" Is a perfectly charitable question to ask someone. It delineates *where* they disagree.

"We all know" in most contexts are bad. However, in this context, "we all know" is more describing the suspicions of the prosecution party, or the common logic tree that is present in many professionals directly involved. Rob is providing more details with that statement, given the full context of this performance.
It's so naive to think that all these corrupt politicians would ever be caught straight up saying they are doing corrupt thing.

He probably didn't make a statement about not indicting his son publicly.
That was the point
He doesn't care. He pretty openly stated that he doesn't want to dig for the hard evidence he's looking for if it's Biden (even if the open source evidence is near-conclusive), but if it's Trump, he doesn't care that the CIA's Section Chief of Counter-Espionage was using his FBI role (Section Chief of Counter Intelligence) to falsify evidence about Trump and take him down by any means necessary.
The effectiveness of this tactic would require destiny to view trump’s investigation with the same level of skepticism that i imagine rob does

It’s expensive but you get more bang for your buck one quarter of teaspoon I think is equal to like 2 tablespoons of sugar maybe one? So it’s a game changer. You can’t think of it in normal sugar ratio. The best use I’ve had for it is in making simple syrups for kolas or sprites or ginger ales. It pairs quite well in my opinion to reduce overall sugar intake if you wanna be healthier and removing it if you’re diabetic. I mix the two in dishes. So a recipe that calls for 60 grams of sugar I’ll turn half of into monk fruit. I want that sugar taste but in a tiny amount without ruining the dish. Uh the other thing is get pure monk fruit extract. It’s a grey brown powder. The reason why is most places sell it with mixed sugar sweeteners like eryhyiol and stevia all which mess with your gut health or risk of heart attack or taste bad. So get the pure stuff on Amazon. Hope I could help. You gotta be careful strong stuff too much and the recipe will taste like it’ll melt your teeth. Archer literally said "he called his dad" and destiny did everything he possibly could to imply thats not what he meant😭
Nobody denies that Hunter Biden has ever talked to Joe Biden on the phone. Did you even watch the video?

Some points:
1) In the Archer testimony, when given the explicit option to say if he was told the call was to 'DC' or 'Dad' he says it was DC.
2) The Archer testimony also states that Burisma thought Shokin was 'under control' and they did NOT want him fired.
3) The Pozharskiy email explicitly talks about lobbying US officials HERE IN UKRAINE - not in the US (so not the VP)
4) The whole narrative falls apart if you can show the US already wanted Shokin fired (which afaik they did)
