This thing is awesome, what header & exhaust system did you guys use for this swap?
When you guys were cranking the car with no computer I thought I heard the timing belt slapping around maybe it's not tight enough but then when it started with the ECU the knocking sound went away.
this was great! Instead of the music at the end I'd prefer the sound of the motor. Really great video though!

I have a 98 civic coupe with the d16y8. Ive had it sitting for a year since its my project. It runs but i think its leaking oil and it kinda grinds going into 3rd gear. So I was wondering how much would a swap like that cost? Was it worth it? Would you of wanted a different motor in there? Any problems after a month after this video has been posted ?

Do you have to use a b series radiator? I feel like I’ve head you can use a d series before

What did you do to hook up the evap system
So you’re using obd1 harness from eg and obd1 p75? What motor are you using cause when I look for b20 idk which one is obd1 or obd2
What would need to be done different if this had a D block in it originally. I'm trying to do this same thing but my civic came with the D series motor

Is it necessary to run a catch can?? Also are they obd1 injectors?
A catch can is not necessary, but Justin opted for one as he may do a small turbo setup down the road. And yes, we are using OBD1 injectors
What intake are you using ??
Hey what year B-Series shift linkage's are you using or can use on this swap? I have been using my oem y8 5-speed transmission & shift linkage's. I'm curious
You can use any 94-01 Integra 5 speed linkage!

What post mount is used?
Do you have clearance issues with the header? I have test pipes and on stock height and they scrape a lot :(
Not really. We did use an aftermarket header though.

I like the "zebra gum pack" style valve cover. You need to get some YCP high comp pistons for that bad boy next. They are like $130 for a set and bump the c/r into the 11s
