Dr. Li, I watch your videos a lot and find them very helpful. However, in this particular video, you didn’t mention even one food related to the topic. What happened?
After being diagnosed with RA almost everything I ate affected my joints. Fruit and vegetables didn't affect me or the joints. I also started juicing everything but one of my favorite juices was Carrot and Green Apple. To my surprise, Carrot & Green Apple juice helped my eyesight improve over a short period of time. It was mostly night vision or low light situations, but it was a major improvement.
@@PrayerLink-th2sc if you use 4-5 carrots and 1 apple it makes about 12 -16 ounces of juice depending on the size. dirnking for about 30 days you will see results.
There's a longer version, about 40 mins, I think. Definitely worth watching! It actually turned me off sugar after a lifetime of being addicted (altho I've always liked vegetables and healthy food too). But I'm 70, so that's many, many years of thinking I can't live w/o sweets.😉
Dr. Li great information for other doctors but what about the patient? But what to eat? Happily someone in comments said CARROTS and GREEN APPLES helped their eyesight.
Hahaha as well i was expecting which foods when i saw the title of the video patiently listening and I understand must be natural foods we should eat eggs and avocado good fats yumm
This video doesn’t mention any of the foods, I’m sure we can agree on what the foods are, but this video doesn’t fulfill what the title of this video says.
OK I was really mad this morning but Now after waking up a bit and understanding that this is supposed to be a longer video And I Feel like neither neither of them would be stupid enough to do a clickbait video like this to risk Alienating their fans ° so there must have been a mistake with somebody posting it Because neither of them are idiots Who want their fans to Who want their fans to unsubscribe to both of their channels It must have been a mistake just a stupid really easily Fixed mistake. if Dr. Li Had a good editor to review posts before he put them out there then he wouldn't risk not being invited onto other people's shows because of this sort of Irresponsible posting Because I'm sure Jim is going to have Reaction when he learns that this garbage has been posted publicly As it's going to effect His Audience and believablility as well. This is a very good example that you need somebody really good on your team to be watching your back. This was definitely 1 of the bigger gaffs that I've seen on RUclips. I am willing to give Him the benefit of the doubt but boy was this dumb.
Eat dark green leafy vegetables and/or beets. You're welcome!

Dr Li the Fake RUclips doctor. 👎
He does have a video on foods for eyes. Just put his name and the word "eye" in the search engine on RUclips. It should come up.

Why do you take forever to answer the question? So boring
See the original- 3 foods to support your vision and brain on the Jim Kwik channel. This edit is awful. The original video is like 40 min.
