We need to start thinking about the AEW titles in regards to top and midcard belts. They are all top belts. If the person holding every championship could legitimately and literally be considered a contender for the world title, then there is no reason to treat them as being undervalued by holding that belt. If someone wants to win the Continental title, they have to beat frickin Okada. If they want to win the international title, they have to take down Will Osprey for crying out loud. Even the TNT title right now means beating a current world champion, several other great wrestlers, and the hand picked guy the EVPs want to hold the belt. The men's singles division is a foot race with 4 lanes to reach a belt. None of the belts are a stepping stone to get to the world title. That's how it was supposed to feel when Cody first won the TNT title.

Dont make this personal.” After Nana (and production) tried to end that segment to prevent it getting personal, Swerve MADE it personal by calling will’s son by NAME. THIS is the swerve we all love. My pitch to get more women on the card is to have the first women’s Casino Gauntlet for at title shot at All out. The first entrant is Saraya for a home town pop. One of the last entrants is Jamie Hayter for a huge returning hometown pop. It a great format for easing her back into wrestling but also the best way to put her on the card.

You can really tell that AEW doesn't have much buzz because every segment does so poor on RUclips nowadays. They use to have segments that would get 800k+ within 24hrs. Now they are lucky if one segment gets over 300k.
The AEW hate from the WWE side of things is largely just due to the concept that aew is coming to replace wwe when that isn't the case. That's my take on it, WWE being hot right now and AEW being a bit wobbly since Punk decided on chaos isn't helping though.

As someone who's getting Forbidden Door and no other major shows in my kneck of the woods this summer, I would just like to say, Boooo Bully for making this a one match show. I don't want to see MJF in a meaningless match, he should be the star of this show. Nothing against Mox vs Naito, but I wouldn't pay to see who wins because that belt isn't important to me, or Khan apparently, given he has started to ignore the IGWP belt now that Mox may drop it. That leaves the women's title matches. One is a Mone exhibition match with no build, and, I know this is just my opinion, I quickly got sick of Storm because she kept beating the joke into the ground and I gave up on her ever adapting to a new opponent or working a consistent angle. Will I still go to see Ospreay vs Swerve. Maybe, but only because the price has dropped to $30.
I really have no interest in seeing Will challenge for the title, I want swerve to lose because I don’t care for him but Will is the last guy I want to beat him

Honestly I think getting rid of dark and dark elevation didn't help with the roster usage, people have disappeared completely.

My issue isn't with that. It's the people who believe Punk wasn't part of the problem along with the Elite and Tony.
But ratings and attendance went down when Phil was there and ironically went up when he was suspended and same again when he was fired.
