Welcome back to Ireland everybody :)!! so sorry about the delay this week in vlogs we have just had a few travel days - but back on track - full 3 vlogs coming out next week! What's your plans for the weekend?!
Brilliant Vlog again Guys!! Good Morning ,,West Ireland Is Pretty WILD"" hence the WINDY .. Love it .MY Family originates from southern Co-Tipparery ,Heyyy Have Fun Cant wait4The next One Bye Toe XXX
There are so many places ive never visited before an i live in ireland too. Bahaha so will keep all of these places in mind. Wish i was able to meet you too.
No plans for the weekend. Currently on the sofa with one of my cats lying on my legs. Funny to see my name in the video while you were at the Slieve League :)
Not anymore, homeless crisis is worse than ever, definitely can't walk in the city at night and the cost of living is ridiculously high even the bus is 5-6euro. Everything is too expensive here. ☹

Terrific video of only a SMALL part of the west coast of Ireland i.e. the Wild Atlantic way. An an Irish person living abroad you brought tears to my eyes!
About a year ago my cousins and I were on the silver strand beach and we climb the hills on the left of it. They all started running down and so did I but I tripped and tumbled down. Great memories and a broken arm
Donegal is beautiful but it’s only a small part of the Wild Atlantic Way. You missed majority of it from Mayo, Galway & Connemara, Clare, Cliffs of Moher & The Burren, Kerry and Dingle + Ring of Kerry, Cork & Beara Peninsula... You should re-title video a ‘Snapshot’ of the Wild Atlantic Way.
phillip The wild atlantic way is 1500mi on small narrow twisty roads for the most part.It takes atleast a month to do.Its not something you can just fit in on a normal holiday from work. Its a journey of a lifetime
Ah the irish trip, I come back to these a lot. Greatest travel channel on earth is this. And this is before Hunter, the greatest traveller on the earth
This video is so refreshing that 2 intelligent tourists get to see the real Ireland. I'm from the coast of ireland not too far from downpatrick head in county mayo . It's bugs me that so many tourists just stay in Dublin which is big city instead of visiting all the other coastlines north south east and west where you get to explore the beauty that Ireland really has. Well done on the video guys
Hi Steve & Jess... Saved this video ages ago... Currently on a restricted social distance policy over here, won't call it "lockdown". So nice to see your impression of Ireland and our fabulous coastline! An Even more emotional watch as we'd normally have kicked off our overlanding & surfing trips by now to all our fav spots, Some of which you included. Thanks for creating a beautiful reminder of what's on our doorstep, thanks for sharing and nice to see how stoked you both seemed! Stay safe!
No idea if youll get this! Im from ireland and have traveled around most of it so have a huge list of places to visit, if you liked strandhill, there is a place just a little further north over the boarder of slight and into donegal called Bundoran! beautiful little surf town! lovely community theyve surf schools and board rental for cheap! a little carnival, some stunning scenery close by and if you go at the right weekend in the summer! theres an amasing festival called Sea Session which hosts a lot of amasing indie / rock musicians and a bunch of beach activities! another great place would be dingle, kerry/ the ring of Kerry! again right on the coast and one of the most beautiful places in ireland! (and they have the best accents) your also right beside irelands highest peak then and can climb Carrauntoohill which on the hike you past irelands hieghest lake! (customary to take a dip , sure it will be freezing but its good craic). Galway city is a lovely spot! its europes city of culture 2020 i believe! while over on the west cost check out the Burren in county clare! ill leave you to look that one up! its just a stunning place and takes you right to the cliffs of moher! Doolin is a gorgeous wee town along the lower side of the cliffs ! make sure to try out the fudge from the fudge chocolate shop in the town! leaving the west coast behind come over to the east coast! just south of dublin in my home county of wicklow (also know as the garden of ireland) we've a huge moutain range, tunnes of forests and lakes! and nationals park you drive through called the wicklow way/ sally gap! you can drive that way to Glendalough! which is a huge glen with two lakes, a old abandoned monastery from when the monks lived here and a mining village deep in the glen! theres a huge amount of history around wicklow linking with the Vikings so absolutely worth a visit!
If you ever come to ireland in the summer you need to visit skellig michael off the coast of kerry. It is an experience like no other. Unfortunately you have to book many months in advance as because some of the new star wars scenes were filmed there, it has become a bit of a popular spot for starwars heads. That said they restrict the number of visitors so as to protect the island and the resident population of puffins. Its a tough climb up the stairs to the top but when you get there and see the 5th century monastic settlements it is truly breathtaking
Yep it's one of the prettiest place you be in.. I know weather it very unpredictable you can have 4 seasons in one day!! That's the beauty of it... Ireland will show you her beauty only in a very short period of time!!! Good Luck and hope to see you here
Strandhill is a great village. The seaweed baths have expanded into seaweed based beauty products that are now in the little toiletry bags on some major airlines and in major hotel bathrooms and of course online.
Yes, both are very beautiful, special places. You can walk for literally a whole day up, down and around the beautiful hills of Glendalough -- greatly enhanced by sunny weather for sure. 🌞 If I recall correctly, Glendalough was once the site of an ancient Druidic settlement (a roundtower still exists there today). Maybe that explains the earthy-yet-otherworldly feel of the place?! Also, there is an absolutely lovely, charming, cosy restaurant/guesthouse named 'The Wicklow Heather', just a short drive down the road from Glendalough. Cool interior decor and awesome staff. Well, the food is *AMAZING* there! Nicest food I have ever had in my life. Can't recommend 'The Wicklow Heather' enough! (Sadly, like so many other great Irish restaurants, it has been forced to stay closed due to this poxy virus with a 99% survival rate!) 😠
It’s so weird seeing people from other countries come to Ireland and not know anything about it, it’s the best ☺️💕 especially the days when it’s not raining 24/7
I have been to Ireland two years ago. It is just an amazing country. I really enjoyed Galway, Achill Island and Dingle. So next time follow the Wild Atlantic way along the west coast. More in the east are the Wicklow Mountains where you find beautiful paths for hiking. Also check out Glendalough.
You need to go to the Village of Howth, 12 miles from Dublin City but it has a lovely beach, harbour with seals, lovely food, a cliff walk for miles and trips over to Ireland's Eye, (Island) about a mile from Howth, which has a huge gannet colony and a church from 800AD.
Great to see u both had such a good time next time u visit u have to see the cliffs of moher, bunratty Castle, the Burren, Aliwee caves, all r in County Clare
If you're headed back to Ireland try and see more of the wild Atlantic way! There's some amazing hidden gems in Co.Donegal. The Murder hole beach is an amazing place, it can be tricky to get to as you might have to jump a gate into private property, but everyone does it. It's definitely worth it though! You also have to go and see Bloodyforeland (Gweedore) for an amazing sunset on a nice day. Then about a 35 minute drive from there (with some beautiful scenery on the way) and you would be in Croghy Head (Maghery). if you want a real taste of rural Irish pubs then head to Sharkeys Bar in Annagry for a drink, the people are lovely and would probably give you more guidance on where to go! There's also a lovely county House you can stay in called Danny Minnies! Also maybe you didn't know this already but Donegal Airport got voted the worlds most scenic approach, So next time if you are flying into Dublin and wanting to see more of the wild Atlantic way, i would 100% recommend flying in to Donegal airport (try and make sure its a nice day) From there you can Hire a car and start your journey! Theres also a lot more to see outside of Donegal headed down the west and into the south. Galway city is lovely and very traditional. You can also go see the more touristy spots like the cliffs or Moher and The Burren. The Ring of kerry is also another amazing adventure. Dingle is a part of it and while you're there go and see fungie the Dolphin! I hope this helped and I hope you two are planning on returning to Ireland because i feel you both haven't seen enough! For some more inspo maybe check out some of GarethWrayPhotography on Instagram. I'm from Donegal and have yet to discover some of the places he's been to. He has some amazing sites and locations on his feed! Good luck on your next journey! I'll be following you!
Wow, you missed so much of the Atlantic coast. You only saw around 1/3 of it. It is so worthwhile to head further south and visit Clare, Kerry and Cork.
Definitely drive the remainder of the wild Atlantic way next time. Definitely give it a week minimum. Galway City, Connemara, Cliffs of Moher, Ring of Kerry & Dingle are must-see spots! Great video as always 👌🏻
West Cork ain't too shabby either (also part of The Wild Atlantic Way). For Kerry, I would also add driving along the vertiginous and winding Conor Pass road, visiting Skellig Michael and stopping by Inch Strand beach (preferably on a sunny day!).
Great video guys thank you for showing how good my home country is. Living in Brisbane i forever promote Brisbane and Australia to my euro friends. It’s great to see Ireland shown through an Australian prospective 😊
Voya Seaweed Baths are amazing. On our 8 trips, we've been 6 out of those. Shell's Cafe is brilliant as well! So glad you enjoyed some of our favorites.
You guys need to come to Cork and do a trip around Cork and Kerry! Absolutely beautiful scenery and Spike Island is amazing too! Really good history and cheap to do too! Also you seriously need to come to KC and Sons in Douglas for a King Creole or a Bombshell! Honestly some of the best food you will ever have! 🤤 You wont regret going there!
Omg I loved this video so much because the sea stack you saw at downpatrick the land is owned by my grandfather and it’s so amazing to see other people enjoy it 😊
In Irish jargon a strand is a beach so if you ever go there look for signs saying " strand " and head on down to see what the beach is like Rarely crowded and always stunning Look for the brown signs which nearly always direct you to somewhere gorgeous, maybe a ruined castle They were eating soda bread which is perfect with every kind of soup
If yous come back to Ireland yous should start where you stopped off in North Mayo and go along the Wild Atlantic Way through Conamara to Galway City, out to the Aran Islands, follow the Wild Atlantic way again through Co. Clare and all the way down to Kerry and West Cork
I recommend Newgrange, it is about an hour outside Dublin, it is an ancient burial grounds but it is really incredible. I also recommend the Burren, its an amazing place with unique rocks and plants.
Really beautiful video. Was it November - a pretty crazy time to visit but you certain;y made the best of it. You're both quite cool, very respectful, and excellent commentary. Actually, I love Ireland in tempestuous. storming winter. A pity you did not travel more. Yeah! Fish chowder in Ireland, the best on planet earth!
Hello, was just looking through your channel and all is well but I would strongly advise taking your Irish vlogs out of your UK travel playlist ! Of course I'm aware ye went to Belfast which is in the UK but everywhere in the republic is not !! Just informing ye,absolutely love your videos though xx
We drove almost the entire length of the Atlantic Way is late October. Slieve League was probably our favorite spot. We only had 3 weeks and we could have used 1 more week.
Yeah! It's a bit crazy but indeed seafood chowder is phenom nearly everywhere in Ireland. Places in New England, Marthas Vineyard, Boston...that get the most massive reviews on Yelp and newspapers generally are totally substandard to what you might get even in the local pub!
Hallo to the 2 of u, what u really have to look for is the little town of clifton in the northwest of Ire, its well worth a trip! Really lovely video, u made the best out of the time. we adore ur vids, stay the way u r. ur doing great. greetings from Mathias, Germany
Loved this ireland series... Bt missing ur family 😓 it was so fun to watch.... Actually that had become a habit to watch all of u together... Love u all.. ♥️♥️
I started this video not expecting it to start in the Gaeltacht town my family come from! Thank you guys for visiting it and putting Gleann Cholm Cille out there :)
Glad u guys liked Ireland....we love the landscapes as well!! You simply have to tour Connemara...be warned you will need a week! Worth visiting is Connemara National park,(free!), Doolough valley,Inagh valley, and Joyce country....fab scenery. A meal in The Leenane Hotel is amazing value. Great to see so many tourists post covid, especially from England
I so enjoyed this video! I like the warmth and genuineness you both display. Some "couples" videos are somewhat fake, or they focus on the girl constantly when I am interested in the scenery and places to go. Lots of great information and just seemed so natural. Well done.
All I think about when I see notification from your Ireland trip is Westlife's My Love and Harry Potter. Thanks guys for this amazing journey, and take care. Hope I can visit Ireland one day😊😊
You missed the 2 nicest beaches in Ireland, when in Derry you should have went north to malin head and passed kinnego bay, then to the 5 fingered strand.
Great photography guys! 👍😀Brilliant snapshot of the Wild Atlantic Way! 👏 What a beautiful piece of coastline 🏞️ I can't wait to see it with my boyfriend 👫😀🎶
I loved to see Ireland. It is more beautiful than I thought. Thank you for this Video. I recommend the biggest island of Germany called Rugia (in German language: Rügen). And Usedom, an island near Poland is very beautiful too. I would be interested in Norway or Finland. So have fun and enjoy you time.
I remember getting surf lessons in Donegal. Everyday We drove by the second best beach in the world to another beach than in my opinion, was better. It stretched for miles and the waves were sooooio good and no one else was on the beach so the waves were all mine. Like the waves were higher than strand hills by a good bit. It isn’t even cold with a wetsuit. But when the sun shines it’s the best feeling ever
Anne elizabeth Most rural areas of the world has that.We are not only country that has farms otherwise they would starve. There would actually be no tourism without sheep and cattle the land would come so overgrown that nobody could walk or see anything..
The Ireland series is really one of the best series and Jess i always wonder about how much beautiful u r with simple outfits and makeup and almost no accessories
Love the Ireland trip and you’ve got me looking for recipes for seafood chowder. Your vlogs have become my favourite program. Evenings wouldn’t be the same without it.
I guess Irish People never really appreciate what they have till they've live abroad... We moan when were here and moan when away but Irish people wouldn't be anywhere else but home... Next time you are here, Kerry, if driving from Dublin stop of in Cashel, County Tipperary on way back to Dublin visit Kilkenny it's amedieval town in southeast Ireland. The Castle was built in 1195 by Norman occupiers and there are loads of thing to do all centrally located and easily accessible. And if you are staying in Dublin i'll take you to some hidden gems :-)
Welcome back to Ireland everybody :)!! so sorry about the delay this week in vlogs we have just had a few travel days - but back on track - full 3 vlogs coming out next week! What's your plans for the weekend?!

chessbruno that a long way jes
Thanks again for sharing an awesome video. We will visit Ireland for sure! 🌻
@d costo I agree but it's not better than Cork! :D
@d costo... In some strange alternate reality maybe!
@d costo ha, ha, Belfast is a dump and a sectarian shithole.
Teresa Ryan Are you kidding? I’m from the south and Belfast is amazing. Prefer it to Dublin being honest
@@teresaryan4242 Said the bitter bitchy Teresa.
We drove almost the entire length of the Atlantic Way is late October. Slieve League was probably our favorite spot. We only had 3 weeks and we could have used 1 more week.
us too! easily could spend another week there!
Go to galway city on the west coast. Amazing place to see
Watched all your videos here in Ireland. Really enjoyed them your a lovly couple. From a Irishman
“This is the weirdest thing I’ve ever made us do..” gotta love Jess 😆
Btw I think the seaweed bath is unique and cool and healthy! Good choice!
Was such a fun way to spend a rainy afternoon :D
You guys are such a fabulous couple. Wishing you love and happiness
Superb filming
Yeah! It's a bit crazy but indeed seafood chowder is phenom nearly everywhere in Ireland. Places in New England, Marthas Vineyard, Boston...that get the most massive reviews on Yelp and newspapers generally are totally substandard to what you might get even in the local pub!
You both are living my dream traveling around the world💕
Hallo to the 2 of u, what u really have to look for is the little town of clifton in the northwest of Ire, its well worth a trip! Really lovely video, u made the best out of the time. we adore ur vids, stay the way u r. ur doing great. greetings from Mathias, Germany
You need to continue the wild Atlantic way and go to the cliffs of moher and continue down south through county Kerry
... and West Cork too (that's part of The Wild Atlantic Way as well).
Great video people your welcome back anytime greetings from DONEGAL
Once again, great vlog! Happy to see you in the UK in the next episode, I live in Oxfordshire!!!
Loved this ireland series... Bt missing ur family 😓 it was so fun to watch.... Actually that had become a habit to watch all of u together...
Love u all.. ♥️♥️
Naw we are missing them too!
I started this video not expecting it to start in the Gaeltacht town my family come from! Thank you guys for visiting it and putting Gleann Cholm Cille out there :)
Obligatory view and upvote from an Irish person, thanks for visiting Donegal! Hope you enjoyed it.
Enjoyed the Ireland series and looking forward to the UK series!
Hi you guys Beautiful Ireland❤ it ! Love you're work and vlogs
Aww thanks so much Andrew :D
I have been all over the world and Ireland is the most naturally beautiful place I'veever seen.
Hello! I’ve been there 2wks ago!
Very nice to meet u😍
Glad u guys liked Ireland....we love the landscapes as well!! You simply have to tour Connemara...be warned you will need a week! Worth visiting is Connemara National park,(free!), Doolough valley,Inagh valley, and Joyce country....fab scenery. A meal in The Leenane Hotel is amazing value. Great to see so many tourists post covid, especially from England
The way he pronounced Donegal lmao
Shhh, I thought it was really sweet! I did have to read the text to know where he meant though.
Hope I can visit Ireland one day😊😊
haha did you watch the end of the video? Very much Harry Potter vibes :P
well done you guys... glad you enjoyed your trip here... come back soon
You missed the 2 nicest beaches in Ireland, when in Derry you should have went north to malin head and passed kinnego bay, then to the 5 fingered strand.
Hrafn of Thule marlin head is in the Republic of Ireland and not Derry
@@seanconcannon8064 read his comment again - he didn't say it was in Derry.
IRELAND is BEAUTIFUL! Yes you have to go back :)... maybe with a group? 😂😂😂 So excited about this harry potter potions class!
Haha a group would be nice wouldn't it :P
Come back soon! Loved seeing our lovely country in your videos.
Stunning as always ☺
Ireland is such a beauty!!
Glad you enjoyed it ,,love life and many blessings from IRELAND 😘💞💞
In most places, you have to watch out for cars when driving. In Ireland, you have to watch out for sheep.
Anne elizabeth Most rural areas of the world has that.We are not only country that has farms otherwise they would starve. There would actually be no tourism without sheep and cattle the land would come so overgrown that nobody could walk or see anything..
And cows hahahaah
Lolyesh once
The Ireland series is really one of the best series and Jess i always wonder about how much beautiful u r with simple outfits and makeup and almost no accessories
I got 10x happier when I saw the notification for this vid pop up!!😄
yayy notification squad!!
You should visit ballisodare in sligo it is like 15 mins away from strandhill and has beautiful waterfalls and a bay
omg i go to that fish and chip place when we’re coming back from football
Edit: the food hall you went to my auntie works there!
Love the Ireland trip and you’ve got me looking for recipes for seafood chowder. Your vlogs have become my favourite program. Evenings wouldn’t be the same without it.
Naww thank you so much for watching :D
I guess Irish People never really appreciate what they have till they've live abroad... We moan when were here and moan when away but Irish people wouldn't be anywhere else but home... Next time you are here, Kerry, if driving from Dublin stop of in Cashel, County Tipperary on way back to Dublin visit Kilkenny it's amedieval town in southeast Ireland. The Castle was built in 1195 by Norman occupiers and there are loads of thing to do all centrally located and easily accessible. And if you are staying in Dublin i'll take you to some hidden gems :-)
If you could come go to Killarney , Co Kerry , Ireland . It a great place with one of the largest national park
Loved the drone shots :)
The drone shots were STUNNING. It looks so beautiful there...
