I use the almond extract quite often too, giving a cherry like essence. Even in baked items. I often use the lid as my measure test when you 1st try with a measuring spoon then know to use 1/2 lid or cap to a whole capful. I haven't tried this brand of electrolyte yet. My Husband did loose about 10 lbs after dtinking LMNT brand, mand mit even in a hot month. We 1st ordered in January 2023. Everyone in iur Family went crazy trying them. Exceot a few old school people saying something about too much sodium! I have a reaction to citric acid, which is in many items. So I'll check this brand...love all you're doing for the carnivore community. Just beginnjng, my Husband will need the sub potatoes, pasta & rice...but, I'll be the chief cook! Lol

Such a good idea!!!! Thank you for it, I already made one for my self. I don't like mixes strawberries to drink ( or any berries) so I used strawberries inulin syrup, and therefore it's not such vibrant colure. It's not bad, not bad at all, my new favourite drink for the summer :D
That's good to know about the magnesium in SaltT. While I'm a pro at swallowing pills the magnesium pills I use are quite large and an alternative like this sounds pretty good! Magnesium is important in controlling acid reflux. Another good method is taking Deglycyrrhizinated (yep! That's a word!) Licorice or DGL for short. Three 4000mg capsules have been working well for me.

This was very delicious 😋 and refreshing. I just had some lmnt raspberry and orange laying around and didn’t have the coconut extract but it was still excellent!

Liquid IV has no magnesium. 960mg sodium in SALTT vs about 500 in liquid IV. Use whichever you like and makes you feel best but for me SALTT has a superior electrolyte profile and is also cheaper per pack than liquid IV.
I know from what I have learn electrolytes and salt are very important especially in the carnivore world and this looks yummy. I have Ménière’s so I have to watch my sodium intake so I’ve been a little afraid of trying any. If there are any other carnivores out there with this condition what do you do about this issue. I used to struggle swallowing magnesium pills myself. These SALTT packs are much nicer for me. Lol

How many do you drink a day
1-2 depending on how thirsty I feel works for me. If I’m outside sweating like crazy I may have 3 but usually 2 is the most I have a day.

Same price roughly but more electrolytes per pack do I use less per day so it ends up being far cheaper for us.
