Other tips and tricks on how to earn simoleons and SPs
I just want to clarify as I have been getting the same questions in the comments, this trick only works with FREE wallpaper and flooring that you can get in events and goals. These events come and go so it is very easy to get the wallpaper or flooring. It's very easy to unlock these free wallpaper/floorings (don't worry) If you use this trick with paid flooring you are only going to loose simoleons instead of making a profit out of it so plz use FREE flooring and NOT PAID flooring.

Finally a way to make money without using cheats and hacks! 😅I have been searching all night and decided to give it a whirl to see if it works thanks for all the effort you put in making this video 📹 😊 it means alot as personally i dont like to do cheats and hacks... since playing sims on the playstation/PS2 this always compramised the game one way or another also i think its quite an important aspect when it comes to being a true gamer! I don't know how to get to the empty lot. I see empty spaces that when you click on them you get the option to purchase an empty lot or choose from residences but once I did that, I ended up losing my money because after purchasing the lot, I kept clicking on it but it wouldn't let me do anything with it. So because I'm new to this version of sims, like an idiot I clicked demolished home thinking it just meant clear the lot and instead I put it back on the market as a lot and lost the money I spent on it so now I can't do it again because I don't have enough Simoleons. Damnit I am annoyed with myself that I am not following the initial how to for a very simple task. 🥺
awww its ok. If you want to get simoleons without having to deal with all those steps try adding neighbors who have cake farms. They will give you XP and thousands of simoleons enough to buy a lot

Life saver but only works if you have free wallpaper n floor bcuz it depends might be the floor hella expensive but atleast you take advantage of it by maximizing the room then sell the entire floor

You should go to rooms and sell the whole room

the only way to get FREE wallpaper and flooring is doing the events and goals. These events come and go so it is very easy to get the wallpaper or flooring

@@Freshrakaundaforever You have to have a decent town value I think. I was at level 9 with 4 sims and a few buildings and made $80,000. You have to cover the entire grid with flooring and use a floor that is free. Also, when you're about to sell it, go back to the wall building section and sell it. Dont sell the floor, sell the room
@@deespillstea I’m level 9 with 4 sims but 1-3 buildings and I only got 990- so it isn’t on level it’s probably buildings-
