Was surprised that you laughed at having sushi for breakfast and smelling the condiments at 7 AM… I love sushi for breakfast and people in other parts of the world lots of vegetables and savory things for breakfast. I know that you referred to savory oats at one point and that you are a promoter of eating lots of vegetables so perhaps try out sushi for breakfast! :-)
Hey Braggs has an oil-free salad dressing now. I find that it pairs well with pomegranate seeds in my salad. I use it every day and just love that I don't have to order salad dressings via the internet anymore.
I have actually learnt that anything with high fructose (corn syrup) is intentionally addictive so that includes ketchup. So if they freak out about not having ketchup then they should check the ingredients.

By the way, dropped my A1C from 6.1 pre diabetes to 5.9 in 3 weeks on a strict Starch Solution diet. The food plan works! Looking forward to NO pre-diabetes at all! Hi Emmie, You may want to add this to your list of loved condiments! It is my fav. Vegan, no oil or added salt all good stuff veg broth powder. I put it on everything and those who have it love it! I add to my water when boiling rice, soups and sprinkle on my steamed veggies. Try it! Seitenbacker Vegetable Broth and Seasoning.

Vegan or non-vegan, my favorite condiment has always been mustard. I absolutely LOVE to cook some potatoes in my Instant Pot and then use tons of mustard on them. I think it's a holdover from boiled ham dinners as a kid because I like mustard on cabbage and carrots as well. :D So a BIG THUMBS UP for the Westbrae Naturals tip. I just started cutting back on my sodium this week after a year+ of eating plant-based. I can't wait to try it!
