    I discovered your videos a few weeks ago and I’m hooked on your cooking videos. I like how you show us how, however you speed past the lengthy parts so the video is straight and to the point of the essentials of the process and measurements. And I like how you have your ingredients pre-measured out so you’re very organized. And I enjoy your commentary or tips. Mahalo for your awesome videos.

    Thank you for this easy and wonderful recipe, I will tweak your recipe by blanching the almonds.
    ..Yes pink box golden dragon almond cookies are terrible, At this point they've cut so many corners in order to make more money that it doesn't even taste like an almond cookie anymore, Amays Are a bit better and have a good flavor and texture.. There's a bakery in Chinatown in Los Angeles that makes the best ones I've ever had.. Every time I go there and buy some,. I get home and wish I had bought 4 times as many!🤪😅.

      These homemade cookies are the best. My daughter-in-law sent them to 3 family members and they all loved it. Unfortunately, not everyone wants to make it, just eat it. You'll love the garlic. I taught one of my clients how to make it and she sold it to a bar. Another person said she can't make enough, her husband eats it like candy.

    I made these cookies last night. These cookies are great! But, the cookies did not get as crisp as yours. I got the same amount of cookies as you did, and I baked them for 13 minutes. Any ideas? Question? What is the brand name of the shredder that you are giving away? Keep up the good work, you are a great teacher!

    • @HawaiisPickleLady
      @HawaiisPickleLady  3 года назад

      Every oven is different. Try baking them a little longer. If you want the shredder, it is $10 plus $5.50 for shipping. Message me on facebook if you're interested.

      I've seen some recipes using butter. Of course there are other brands of vegetable shortening too. But crisco makes it flaky.
