The noodle n a little bit of bean sprout are already in the bowl, just pick up the one you like and they will pour the hot soup onto it and that's it. it doesn't matter to me whether s'pore or m'sia i want them both, cheers.

    • @spicenpans
      @spicenpans  5 лет назад +1

      Hi Tong. May I know where do you stay? I noticed that the brands of dark soy sauce are usually different in many countries. If you’re in Singapore, you can try chicken rice soy sauce from Kwong Cheong Thye. If you’re in malaysia, You can get any brand that says thick premium dark soy sauce - along this line. We haven’t tried enough brands in Malaysia to let you know which one is better. If you’re using the ones from Malaysia, you don’t need to add sugar to the sauce coz usually Malaysian dark soy sauce is quite sweet already. Hope this helps.

      +Bh Kk Hihi. We used sambal chilli from Taiho. You can buy it from NTUC or Giant. If I’m not wrong, it’s about $1.40 per bottle. The chilli is great for chilli crabs too. As for the Rose Wine, you can also get it from NTUC or giant under the cooking wine section. 😋😋

    What is the difference between dark soy sauce vs Indonesian kecap Manis?

    • @hafizamyazid262
      @hafizamyazid262 Год назад +1

      If I'm not mistaken, dark soy sauce is used to add color to your dish (higher content of caramel) meanwhile Indonesian sweet soy sauce is used for its sweetness (higher content of sugar).
