I'm a massive introvert, but my favorite scent is vanilla. I hate parties, and i am definitely not the life of them or center of attention lol. Also love lavender, although that's a more recent development since my anxiety ratcheted up 😅 the lavender points ring more true to me though 👍
I love the scent of vanilla but definitely not an extrovert in any form lol. But I also love the smell of freshly mowed grass, what it smells like after a rainstorm/thunder.. the aroma of coffee - bliss 😊
OMFG SAME!!! QND RIGHT YESTERDAY I WAS JUST DISCUSSING WITH MYOM MY FAVORITE SCENTS IT WAS LAVENDER AND VANILLA AND I WANTED TO SEE HOW CEDARWOOD SMELLS
I like lavender and honeysuckle, it’s just kind of nice but not overpowering. But my favorite is the scent of the earth after a spring rain, or rain in general. It’s just so cooling.
I think there’s a word similar to that: petrichor _a pleasant smell that frequently accompanies the first rain after a long period of warm, dry weather._
The rose one describes the entire foundation of my personality, but I actually prefer vanilla, and none of the vanilla traits describe me at all haha, it’s neat
Yup, I like vanilla and lavender both very much, and while maybe the lavender one fits, unfortunately the vanilla one is not me AT ALL. Parties? NO THANKS, haha.
I like citrus scents, with a hint of floral. My fragrances are always on the fruity, floral side. They're feminine, but not overpowering. Citrus, lavender, honeysuckle, and vanilla describe my personality.
Please make it a series. I like citrus, and I’m also a fan of the ginger scent. One day I saw ginger body cream and was curious. The first time I smelled it and put it on my hand, it boosted my mood. I felt captivated yet satisfied. Looking forward to you describing more scents in your next video
My whole personality is a mix of Fruit Scented and Honeysuckles, but i actually prefer lavender and vanilla. Though it seems kinda fun to know about this.
I'm a very big introvert, but my favourite smell is vanilla. Maybe it's because I love to bake and I sometimes add vanilla scent to my bakings. I'm guessing the smell just stuck to me with those warm and happy memories of baking something tasty. (◍•ᴗ•◍)
I find it hard to believe people whos favourite smell is vanilla tend to be outgoing life of the party. From my experience those people tend to call vanilla boring lmao. Its also my favorite smell and the complete opposite of me haha
my favorite scents are petrichor, and cinnamon/pumpkin spice. what does this say about me? I think my favorite scent out of all the scents in this video is roses, and i find that analysis generally accurate, but curious to know what these other scents mean as well?
@SaltyScoundrel . Your favorite thing isn't like star signs something randomly chose from the time you were born. It actually has a lot to do with your neurobiology. your Brian chemistry told you that you like this scent. Maybe by studying your favorite things and why you like them so much we can actually discover something about are chemistry. If you do a research project on something and come back with the same results over and over and over again it becomes fact not fiction.
I've actually made my own fragrance recently, I decided on ceder for the base note, and peppermint and sweet orange for the middle and top notes. But fresh peppermint is my favorite smell.
I love Citrus and Vanilla scents, that feeling of taking a fresh shower in the morning, putting on a refreshing scent and now you are ready to go win the day.
I actually love lavender and rose scents. Mainly flowery scents in general. And I think those two definitely rang true to me personally. My friends and I are rather close, and we actually had a discussion about “if I were a scent what would I be?”. And I got a lot of like leather store smell or spring meadow smells. Idk I just think it’s a fun thing to talk about with friends.
Uuh this so interesting! I didn't know there was a higher meaning behind our smell preferences. And I feel like I have "phases" where I switch between vanilla & strawberry - mayybe depending on whether I'm in a more extroverted or rather introverted phase .. I'm definitely gonna pay attention to that now ☺
As a person born with no sense of smell I never actually knew that having ability to smell things is this big of a thing really. My dad always told me it's like taste but lighter but I didn't know it can tell who you might be as a person.
i haven't really gotten to know that many scents, but i love vanilla!! although i usually hate the way it tastes, somehow! i'm definitely not extroverted though, i'm more introverted and in my own little world, i also think and reflect a lot, so the others were more accurate for me! ^^
I know this was just for fun, but it was so wrong for me. I love vanilla, but I'm an Introvert and HATE parties etc. LOL! I'm not a big Rose fan, but that fitted my personality. This was fun to watch just the same. Keeping them coming. Love the channel.
same! My favorite is vanilla (lavender being second, I love the scent of lavender a lot) but I am introverted and don't usually like parties. I am an INTP lol, and the personality described for rose lovers in the video fits me the best! I like the scent of roses but not as much as vanilla and lavender, so the video for sure doesn't really describe me though it is still a great video lol was very interesting to watch :D
I love the smell of lavender, it's in my top three favorite smells. I'm very introverted, but the description fits for that one. I also love vanilla, scent and taste, but that description doesn't fit at all. I also love the smell of the pages of some older paperback books. It's relaxing, calming, and I can't get enough of it.
I like vanilla, but lavender is my favorite. Not an extrovert but I’m definitely a good friend, kind, loyal and I do care about people, sometimes even too much I think 😕 I like some fruity scents as well - my shampoo is peach scented and that smells great in my opinion😍
LOL I love everything vanilla. Scents, fabric softener, air freshener, food....literally everything and I am a total introvert. Never outgoing. Never go to parties. Love time alone with a good book, an old movie and there you have it. So not extroverted 🤔
Rose and fruits are my favourite smells in shower gels, lip balms, deotorants and other products like that. And the descriptions fit me perfectly, that is almost a bit scary 😅
Awh yes that's so true! I love vanilla and lavender 💜 idk if i can call myself very kind but i always try to be nice to everyone even if they r bad. Even tho i ain't fully extrovert, I'm between extrovert and introvert.. I like making new friends and i do make but at first it's hard to reach them, i get nervous lol 😭 well, love ur channel!!
Lavender, vanilla, citrus and fruity scents are my top choices! I don't really care for labels, so I guess because my personality is more "normal" (extroverted and introverted) with all the other traits that were explained in the video, some parts of what was said actually make sense
i wish there was a category for coconut!! i absolutely love fragrance with coconut it makes me feel comfortable and cozy . I like vanilla but i’m definitely not an extrovert unless i HAVE TO be tbh my personality kinda of resonates with the fruity scents but i don’t actually love fruity scents that much…. however i think the Erba Pura (vanilla fruity accords) is a fragrance masterpiece!
OMG WHAT JUST YESTERDAY AT NIGHT I WAS DISCUSSING WITH MY MOM MY FAV SCENTS, I SAID ITS LAVENDER AND VANILLA!!!! AND AT THE SAME TIME U MADE THIS VIDEO. WTHHH Also since u reminded me honeysuckle existed, I like honeysuckle scent now!! I mean, it's not like my fav or anything but it's calming
I love fruity and floral scents, rose, lavender, and stuff like strawberries. I think im kinda a mix of those too personality wise 😅 though those traits tend to clash sometimes.
I definitely love and fit lavender, but my favorite smell is pine trees like fraiser fir. I found it last year by chance and it's instantly soothing to me.
Love the scent of fresh roses and have many lavender candles and 2 lavender essential oil defusers. Two of my favorite scents for sure. When I have roses and that is very few and far between, I’m constantly sticking my nose closely in a rose to savor the scent.
Mine is a toss up between lavender and sweet williams. Lavender because it’s such a calming and relaxing smell that helps due to my anxiety and I think of relaxing baths that has a slight spicy fragrance. Sweet Williams because I love the masculine scent they put out with a sweet floral scent mixed in, a very sweet and spicy fragrance like dragon’s blood! Mmmm! 🤤🫠
My favorite smell is either the Bath & Body Works fairytale perfume or hardware stores/new books. I LOVE getting a new textbook in class. You smell it fresh right after newly owning out of the packaging, almost fresh enough to eat (but please don't). Hardware stores pretty much smell similar to that because of all the wooden stuff around.
I love odd smells like gasoline, dandelions or new leather. I also love a few normal smells like jasmine or citrus blossoms. And while I don't hate most of the smells mentioned in this video, none of them would even be in the top 10 of my favorite smells.
I like citrus, but I am not an extrovert at all. I am never the leader in anything and would rather have someone else tell me what to do. If someone chooses me to be leader, it's only a friend trying to mess with me because they know I don't like being in the spotlight. Overall, my favorite scent is the smell of books. The smell of a library, or a new book from the store.
I wouldn't say I hoard lavender stuff, but if I get something scented and lavender is an option I go lavender every time. And this is actually spot on, I am very protective of my friends and if they need help I'm there.
My favourite scents are Rose🌹, Vanilla🍦, Lavender🪻, Citrus🍊🍋, Fruity🍎🍉🍒🍑🍇🍓🫐🍐🍊🍌🥭🍍🥝, Jasmine, Forest Berries etc. I love my scents especially candles and air fresheners for anything.❤
Vanilla and citrus would be mo co-equal second favourites (a long way behind rain and thunderstorms). Citrus is pretty accurate but I am anything but extroverted!
My favorite scent is anything and everything i smell is pretty good in the outside world but this is a pretty good video and nice beautiful information but there is food scents out there
That’s weird! I absolutely love creamy buttery sweet vanilla scent! But I’m extremely introvert and socially anxious! I have a huge lack of energy! I also see a lot of comments saying they love Vanilla scent but are the absolute opposite of this description just like me! I’m curious about what it means!
My all time favorite scent is vanilla but I’m the most introverted person that you’ll ever meet 🤣. Hate going out, especially to parties, and being around too many people.
this makes me laugh because sweet smells are my all time favorite, honey, chamomille, vanilla, chocolate, coffee, coconut... yet i'm the most introvert of introverts lol
0:00 Intro
1:00 Roses
1:36 Vanilla
2:00 Lavender
2:37 Citrus
2:58 Fruity
3:43 Honey Suckle
None of these are my favourite scent. My favourite scent is lilac.
Chocolate scent definitely should've been on the list.
Although, out of the ones on the list, fruity scent is my favorite... And this video called me out. 😅
@@ananimity7332 I agree I am not a fan of any of these. I like the more out door scents like Pine, Sage along with campfire and Ozone.
Mmmm the smell of fresh morning dew on cool moss
Yep I love the smell of lavender, Not only does it help me calm down from my anxiety but I just love the smell.
It gives me a huge headache
Well sucks to be you guys lol
@@princ3ssrose996 Oof.
It makes me stress free while smelling it. I just love it..

Pine is overwhelmingly strong but also quite calming

Same I’m an introvert and love lavender and vanilla
I was just about to say the same thing lol
Same! Extremely introverted and vanilla is my fave scent 😊
same. none of these are my very favourite tho. but my favourite smell is very very very uncommon for people to like lol so it wouldn't be on here.
Same
I love the scent of vanilla but definitely not an extrovert in any form lol. But I also love the smell of freshly mowed grass, what it smells like after a rainstorm/thunder.. the aroma of coffee - bliss 😊
Yes!
Ohhh rain and thunderstorm smell...
Some of those are up there for me
My list
1. Coconut
2. Rain
3. Coffee
Post rain/storm smell is 👌
I love the smell of coconut
It's SUCH a coincidence that you posted this today RIGHT as I decided to get into perfumes and do my research on the scents and what could fit me 😄
I know right? I was currently picking apart lavender flowers for tea when this popped up.

Yeah, my favorite scent out of the options given, does not match the description of myself. Oh well

I'd like a series on this too, this is so interesting!
I would too actually. With most of their personality videos that are like this they would make great series if they continued them.
Petrichor is my favorite. The smell of outside following rain
I think I enjoy lavender the most 💜
I use a lavender scented spray on my pillows before I sleep while I play gentle rainy sounds 😌
My whole personality is a mix of Fruit Scented and Honeysuckles, but i actually prefer lavender and vanilla. Though it seems kinda fun to know about this.

My favorite scent is lavender because it's also soothing and it relaxes me.

The animation is so lovely, I can almost smell the scents! I prefer vanilla, strawberry and anything that has shea butter in it. XD
Lavender all the way. I even bathe in it. I love the relaxation and stress relief.
Personally love mint and cherry smells the most!
Love rosy and fruity smells equally and I am a mixture of both descriptions. Although I've gotten a lot less pessimistic over the years
my favorite scents are petrichor, and cinnamon/pumpkin spice. what does this say about me? I think my favorite scent out of all the scents in this video is roses, and i find that analysis generally accurate, but curious to know what these other scents mean as well?
Good question.! I love the smell of cinnamon, freshly rained morning and... Okay I know this is weird car fumes.
I am obsessed with cinnamon/pumpkin spice smell...

I'm not trying to be negative, but like star signs, I don't really think there is any correlation between favourite scents and personality types.
