    Thanks for sharing all the info, had a miniscus root tear repaired & it has been so difficult for recuperating...1st handling the crutches & been unable to do anything, 2nd almost all pain was & still is inside knee & now strengthening...

    Hi there, I have knee operation last year but until now my ROM still in 75 degrees, Can I still improve my ROM using this exercises?

    The long arc is the hardest for me. It is very lainful😢
