    Mon cœur restera reconnaissant au Dr Akhande jusqu'à jamais, pour les soins médicaux que vous m'avez montrés lorsque je luttais contre mon virus de l'herpès, vous avez fait preuve de soins à tous égards, et avec l'aide de vos médicaments à base de plantes, j'ai été profondément choqué de le voir fonctionner. gratitude au Dr Akhande.

    Genetics play a HUGE factor in this conversation, which NEVER gets included or addressed. We ARE NOT ALL THE SAME. 2 out of the 5 above mentioned, would be optimal for my phenotype. No thanks to the rest.

      How do you know what foods are optimal for your phenotype??

      Local traditional foods.

      @@kristoferolsson89 By studying my genetics, observing my bodies response to different herbs and foods over a period of time, eating local or homegrown foods, in season, studying my body in-depth (primarily organ function) etc etc.... Researching various case studies. Our organs function different.... Observing and understanding exogenous transduction, my siblings gene expression, finding optimal ways to deal with stressors, approaching diet from a mineral replacement perspective, understanding my biological clock/Circadian Rhythm anx living and eating accordingly, ....

    The problem with this grocery list is that Dr Sinclair is a researcher, but hasn't put research into formulating the list - it's mostly what feels right for him, not that it actually works towards longevity.

    That’s cool, but the longest living and healthiest people on the planet, Okinawa, Japan, eat meat. The next ones from the mediterraneo eat meat also. I go by what’s bee proven for hundreds of years.
