I”m winning in having my foot reach the tip of my thumb in one stroke attempt. On my first 30 days, i had to adjust like 3 or 4 times in order to achieve it. One of my favorite sessions. Thank you, Tim, as always.
Trying to maintain my balance on each foot proved to be difficult, but I noticed once I found a spot to focus on and raised my arms, it was much easier. Your laughing also helped me not to take myself to serious.
Day 10 ✅ I’ve tried puppy dog during this practice and it was extremely helpful. I think that’s the thing about you. You always come up alternative poses so that regardless of your limits you can still practice. Like in this video, you gave three alternatives to tree pose and you always encourage all of them. Therefore, when I can’t do it exactly they way you do it, I don’t feel like I’ve failed at all. Instead, I feel included in to your practice. ❤
Today's practice made me very happy! After 9 days when I was on my toes on the down dog, I finally managed to have almost all my 🦶 on the floor 🎉 Thank you Tim for reminding me how quickly yoga improves our posture, body and soul! Excited for day 11!
I cannot tell you how much I learn from you with every video I use. Today I was able to attempt Warrior 3 without the fear and judgement that usually prevents me from even attempting it. My confidence improves with every practice. Namaste!
The foot tripod concept is very helpful! My balance improved immediately. I also like the visualization of the final meditation--thoughts are like clouds and we are trying to stay grounded on the Earth. Clouds are beautiful things indeed, but generally we don't need to focus on them. I'm a week behind, but still with the challenge!
Perfect, thanks Tim. I loved the kneeling twist at the end, haven't done that before. I love a bit of yoga magic and the cosmos too. Shall I tell you my little bit of magic in case you don't know this trick? Before a twist just turn your head and neck and look over your right shoulder and note a point on the wall behind you . Come back to centre and massage your right ear with your right thumb and first finger. Really give it a massage, pull it away from the head, pull the lobe down and feel the heat in the ear. do it for at least 30secs. Turn and look again, its like the exorcist! ha ha, you'll be amazed how much further you see after releasing he fascia, repeat other side. Hope you like this bit of spooky yoga magic :)

Coming out of 12 weeks wearing a boot thanks to a broken foot and I’m amazed by how much it has impacted my balance in that foot. Feel like I’m staring at level-zero on that foot. Your cues helped but I’ve definitely got some work to do! Will be interesting to see how much my balance improves through this 30-day journey.
My warrior three was a little wobbly, but I nailed tree pose!! I can’t always see you as I participate, so I am adjusting to your style of communicating and my listening skills are better. 😂 Thank you.

Amazing. My balance is my Achilles Heel. With this lesson, I could feel grounding and aligning and staying still in confort. I think I'll get to balance poses anyday soon. Thank you Tim.

I’ve slowly fallen out of a daily yoga practice over the past year, and even today, I almost gave up a couple of minutes in. But I’m so glad I didn’t because this really hit the spot. I haven’t felt this grounded or connected after a class in a LONG time and it truly reminded me of why I love yoga so much. Thanks Tim! 🩵
This really is a great morning flow. I am 12wk pp, so modified a few poses in the plank and bird dog sequence to scale back as I rebuild my core. Other than that, really appreciate the flow and mindful cueing!
Oh that was so good! I was on edge to day with much to ‘do’ and my focus scattered. I did 11 this morning and 10 tonight and I see why you did 11 after 10. I appreciated the detailed description in this video of noticing the feet and similar to a tripod. Glad I didn’t skip this one!

Great practice. The stacking is what we do as dancers Tim - the better aligned we are the more everything simply stacks on the skeleton and we can then relax our muscles to move freely in balance and without "holding"... Keep up the good work xx
