  • Welcome to this 20-minute full-body vinyasa flow yoga practice for all levels. The morning yoga on the beach is a great way to start your day right to help you feel your best.

    Sounds like a high surf day, perfect for a high energy class. The pace of the class suited me just fine, and I do feel better having done it. I liked the smooth moves and the chance to practice a pose I never did before - hands behind the heels while squatting. (That's not its formal name!)

    Love that we are incorporating more balancing poses…when I’m feeling unbalanced or my mind is racing, practicing a balancing pose can help to bring me to a more stable place. Thanks, Tim!

    This truly is for all levels. I consider myself intermediate, but some of the poses were advanced for me. It gives me something to work toward. Thank you.

    Seemed a bit more challenging, but a nice wake-up with Tim. I had to do yesterday's challenge late yesterday, then shortly after did my bedtime yoga with Tim. So it's been all Tim all time

    Very cool sequences. Intermediate level here for a while but some new tweaks on poses I know and do regularly but learned differently. Standing splits and twisting triangle feel more accurate from this video. Also, really like the quick shifts from right side to left for each pose instead of long sequences that overwork one side and exhaust it before moving to the other. There is a place for that kind of sequence but it gets old when its in every video.

    Great class. You snuck that flying revolved triangle in there near the beginning. I didn't see it coming. It was all good though. I like working the abs a bit also. Still love, love the sound of the waves. Thanks, Tim! Namaste.

    that was the toughest one yet for me, I faulterd on some of the one leg poses. however, everyday I feel stronger and more balanced, energy up sleeping better just everything going in the right direction. Thank you Tim. .

    That was great, love this slightly faster paced vinyasa class, however the slower classes somehow feel harder! Thanks Tim :)

    Vinyasa really brings up a sweat. Good to burn calories. However, I do prefer to stay longer in the poses, feel the body and making adjustments to the best possible pose. It is good to change and challenge out practice. Thank you, Tim

    I am unable to practice as same as like you due to my leg weakness,but trying to match with your exercise.These exercises makes me more easier to do daily basis works.Thank you Tim, for teaching us how to do yoga for change😊

    A little feedback, I love your practices a lot but I think for the vinyasa breaks you could wait a little bit more for the ones who do that, I rush it everytime😅

    Thanks!! Great practice after my regular workout. I never do twists on my own. This really completes the practice. on an aside, I live in France, my son lives in OC… sometimes I imagine the sounds I hear on your videos as the sounds he must hear on a random day in OC. So that’s a bonus 😁

I just wanted to know if do you plan any retreat soon in Europe as you did a few years ago in Biaritz. It would be awesome. Wish you all the best!

    Hi Tim and Friends, when standing on and leaning over one leg, the foot on the raised leg is always turned out. Does this indicate I need to work on some more flexibility in any particular area so that my foot stays parallel (in terms of direction with the other foot)? Thank you for this challenge, Tim!!

    Great flow, I was confused by the transition to shavasana. I thought my computer had glitched went back, it jumps from forward fold to inhale sitting up, then shavasana. Just wanted to let you know. 💗

    Currently doing the 30 days and loving it but this one has easily been the most difficult so far. If this is for all levels I'm so far below beginner it's not even funny.

    Thanks for the awesome yoga session! However, I did have a number of problems. The audio wasn't always clear to understand. In addition, the session felt unusually rushed. I had troubles staying on track. That led me to peak more frequently, which ruined the flow at times. Especially when all of a sudden I'd needed a block prop for some of the balancing poses. No big issues, just a short break from then and get back to it - like in life.

    Hi Tim. Do love your classes for several years now. Just a tiny thing: lots of sea noise in this video. Always nice to do some yoga on the beach but for video not ideal. Takes away the relaxation. For me it is. But like I said, just a tiny thing. The session was great!
