Sounds like a high surf day, perfect for a high energy class. The pace of the class suited me just fine, and I do feel better having done it. I liked the smooth moves and the chance to practice a pose I never did before - hands behind the heels while squatting. (That's not its formal name!) Thank you, Tim!
This truly is for all levels. I consider myself intermediate, but some of the poses were advanced for me. It gives me something to work toward. Thank you.
Love that we are incorporating more balancing poses…when I’m feeling unbalanced or my mind is racing, practicing a balancing pose can help to bring me to a more stable place. Thanks, Tim!

Very cool sequences. Intermediate level here for a while but some new tweaks on poses I know and do regularly but learned differently. Standing splits and twisting triangle feel more accurate from this video. Also, really like the quick shifts from right side to left for each pose instead of long sequences that overwork one side and exhaust it before moving to the other. There is a place for that kind of sequence but it gets old when its in every video.
Great class. You snuck that flying revolved triangle in there near the beginning. I didn't see it coming. It was all good though. I like working the abs a bit also. Still love, love the sound of the waves. Thanks, Tim! Namaste.
that was the toughest one yet for me, I faulterd on some of the one leg poses. however, everyday I feel stronger and more balanced, energy up sleeping better just everything going in the right direction. Thank you Tim. .

Vinyasa really brings up a sweat. Good to burn calories. However, I do prefer to stay longer in the poses, feel the body and making adjustments to the best possible pose. It is good to change and challenge out practice. Thank you, Tim

A little feedback, I love your practices a lot but I think for the vinyasa breaks you could wait a little bit more for the ones who do that, I rush it everytime😅
Wow ! I loved the class, the transitions and your trousers 😉 ! Practicing right after getting up, a warm up would have been welcome 😊. I know it for next time. Twisting and raising the arm is challenging. So I leave my hand on the sacrum. Does it come from the opening of the shoulder or the thoracic rib cage ? Or both ?
