It's always nice to see that chainsaw doesn't translate much for bass tone but the peaks bring an awesome dynamic and keep distorted bass tones sharp, forward and "readable". Also, this guy could film himself hard boil a few eggs and I would still watch his videos :)
Don't tempt me man, I know how to boil water.
@@HM2CULT DO IT!!!
The Sansamp, king of the "dangle dangle" bass tone. I think thats what Dan Lilker uses for his awesome bass tone. Dan Lilker is the man!
Yep, but he uses the GT2 instead of the bass version, probably back then the bass version didn't exist yet. But both are great pedals for bass
Personally I would love a video about dialing in bass tone for chainsaw guitar mix.
Also pedals that compliment the hm2 tone on guitar.
All your mixes sound killer
You're saying (for example) complementary guitar LEFT, HM2 RIGHT? That's a cool idea. Maybe Metal Zone, fuzz, OD. I like this idea!
Great demo, very thorough. Sloppin' over with hellish sputter👹
He’s getting some cool sounds out of it although I would’ve loved to have heard the classic chainsaw tone.
Cool 😎✌
Thumbs up and Sub for more bass content ! thank you !
Unfortunately, this pedal does not have a BLEND control.
What is missing in Boss HM-2, implemented in Decibelics Angry Swede and Hiero Effects F.A.K.K.
For bass guitar, absolutely. A boosted wet/dry control in priceless.
why, why, why not all max hm2? 14min waiting and nothing
It would sound identical to 02:25
