Hello. I have two "AORUS FI27Q-P 27" 165Hz 1440P QHD HBR3" monitors that I use for gaming and my at home work station. When I hook up an HDMI and One Displayport cable to the dock, one of the monitors displays at 1920 x 720 rather than the recommended 2560 x 1440. Would this be happening because of the limitations with the laptop itself (Dell Latitude 7490), or because of the HDMI cable? I am able to hook the HDMI cable to my laptop directly and get the recommended resolution, so I am a little confused here.
@RonaRigs Hello! Yes, I ordered DP cables from Amazon and it's the same issue. I found a forum where someone else had the same issue.
