Americans (and most western countries) get 30 days upon arrival. if you want to stay 60-90 days you have to apply for a tourist visa in advance. If you want to stay more than 90 days it gets harder but there are still some options.
Canadian living in Australia running a 2018 Hilux with a 2.8l 4 cylinder diesel. Same model Hilux as in video but we build them to wheel here in Australia; not to race. The ECU shop gear is a go to product over here and has drawn out about 30% more HP and Torque with a simple Stage 1 piggy back ecu unit and a dyno tune. Turbo, intercooler and piping are next.

I guess it's obvious why the Baht is getting so strong against other currencies. Thailand is going to be a big player in manufacturing in the future. Have you ever seen the paintings that these guys copy? I've seen the 'Mona Lisa' that is identical to the original. I bought some 'Lacoste' shirts in the eighties. The crocodile fell off after two days but the shirts lasted for YEARS. They are brilliant at copying things. Riding your bike around the ute while the guy's working on it. LOL You are definitely an off the wall kinda guy. Keep up these videos, Chad, highly entertaining.
Thing is Thailand no longer copy stuff since, it I am not mistaken, since early 2000 or earlier. They are making their own and are damn good at it. Be it apparels to automotive. I wear everything made in Thailand and the only mistake I made was buying too many of them because the clothing made locally last forever.
@@boblarsen5385 Yes, they are a smart bunch of people. They're the ONLY country in SE Asia that wasn't colonised by someone else. Those shirts I mentioned lasted about 20 years. Very good workmanship indeed.

Bigger turbos aren't always better. You want throttle response. Especially on the street. I love a quick spooling turbo. If you pair the perfect intake manifold, TB, IC and piping it is magical.
I wonder how many people are here for the Thailand vlogs and how many are here for the cars? I started watching during the Golden triangle motorbike trip, because I'm kinda dreaming of going back to Thailand while couped up at home. But then I was surprised to see the automotive content, especially because I was a ricer in the 90s and this channel definitely hits the mark of what I like with cars (even when I didn't know it would... Looking at you jeep-rod). I'd be interested to hear other subscribers stories too.
Looking at the data it’s about 80% car guys/girls that just happen to also enjoy traveling. In a future video I’ll ask though because I’m interested as well.
Not a Ricer but I respect HP no matter where it comes from. We have owned 4 turbo vehicles. Your going to laugh because my first turbo car was a new 1987 Shelby Charger. Original Hot Hatchback material. It was a toss up at the time between the Shelby or a GTI. My car before that was a 1973 340 Demon! I was very impressed by turbo power! Really love the vids and I am blown away by the HP these guys turn out. When my wife's Mustang EcoBoost goes out of warranty its time for some upgrades!
I love how the Isuzu's are so popular and so well modded. My MUX (basically the wagon body of the DMAX) runs the same motor and has been a rock solid car for the whole time i've had it. Not to mention because its diesel i can drive over 1000kms on a single 65 litre tank (620 miles and just over 17 gallons respectively). Thanks for showing these cars Chad. They are rad. That 55mm turbo looks like the standard turbo the DMAX comes with. Do you know if it was. I don't remember it mentioned in this awesome upload?
I’m not sure. I’m not that knowledgeable about them, they are awesome though but I doubt they are runnning 8’s with the oem turbo. I’m sure it’s an upgrade

F55 actually its a turbo's series name of it from a 6 wheeler trucks not a diameter of a turbines fan. The diameter of turbines fan of f55 is 46-48 mm . Or im wrong ? Im confuse now haha , Next time Please go to visit MacTec they are very insane even im Thai but i still feel impress of them very much .

Hey mate the isuzu and toyota utes are all really popular here in australia. All of our diesel tunning shops use ECU shop gear. To give you an idea of what these engines are capable of my dmax puts out 800nm of torque on a stock motor just bigger turbo and injectors. The motors don't get enough credit compared to the big American diesels.
That place is sick. I need to try get some of their knowledge across the pond here to South Africa. There’s quite a market for the diesel performance space.
ecu shop they also have factory in Chiang Mai which is top secret performance factory of their race car ( tube frame new drag NSX with 2000+whp Supra n much more )
