Hello~ 可以用水及植物油代替呀~但由於奶的水份比水低,如果用水代替有需要調低份量。☺
你可以試一下以下食譜:
✎ 材料:
湯種:
高筋麵粉20克
水100克
主麵團:
高筋麵粉300克
湯種
速溶酵母 6克
糖30克
鹽6克
水 80-85克 (如太乾慢慢加入水調整)
特大雞蛋1個 (約60克)
植物油 40克
蛋黃+ 水 1湯匙
蒜蓉醬:
植物油60克
鹽 1克
蒜蓉
