In this video, we're going to talk about weird symptoms. Many times people go to the doctor because they're experiencing weird symptoms, and there's really no test that can pick up a lot of these symptoms.
There is a part of the body called the autonomic nervous system. This is the system behind all other systems, and it runs on automatic. The autonomic nervous system controls homeostasis.
Homeostasis is your body's ability to adapt to its environment. It's constantly adjusting digestion, hormones, and more. If the autonomic nervous system becomes dysfunctional, it's called dysautonomia, which can cause a wide range of dysautonomia symptoms.
    Weird symptoms:
    1. Urinary frequency
    2. Difficulty sweating
    3. Sensitivity to light and sounds
    4. Ringing in ears
    5. Coughing at night
    6. Fainting
    7. Irregular heart rhythm
    8. Temperature dysfunction
    9. Low and high blood pressure
    10. POTS, high and low pulse rate
    11. Dry eyes
    12. Sweating easily
    13. Premature ejaculation
    14. Sleep problems
    15. Digestive problems
    16. Seizures
The expert on the autonomic nervous system would be a neurologist.
The first two symptoms that let you know that the autonomic nervous system may be breaking down are:
    1. You stand up too fast, and you feel dizzy
    2. Bladder problems at night
The autonomic nervous system helps regulate many different functions in the body. If you have these weird symptoms, it may be because of a problem with the autonomic nervous system.

Thank you so much for sharing. This pretty much fits me! I've had many a doctor show me the exit sign, or tell me just go to the nearest psychiatric hospital. I'm not exaggerating. It always starts with "Have you been shooting up heroin?" Both my kidneys are swollen and they bleed a tiny bit. I've been to for kidney specialists with no medical explanation . So I guess that's why they ask about heroin shooting up. But praise the Lord for folks like you that help us who the medical field has just given up on. I've been suffering with viruses from age srven until about age 40 something. These days I'm so much better . Gluten free and all the other healthy steps. Once again Dr. Berg, my husband and I thank you.

I just had a health practitioner do the heart rate variability test, but now you explained it more thoroughly - I was wondering why when I go in my FAR infrared sauna for 30 min. I don't sweat much at all, plus I have very dry eyes and tinnitus - she said the results of this test will normalize once I get rid of mercury in my ri.kidney, liver and toes - I'm doing a good job of detoxing because mercury or other toxins in the liver try to move as far away as possible from the liver. I had mercury fillings removed many years ago so I can contribute my problem to those good amalgam fillings. It's been a miserable 3 yrs with the feet getting very tense when I lay down and sometimes wants to cramp up - very much insomnia due to this problem. Thanks to my wonderful dentists - I finally switched to a biological dentist. It shows how if you have mercury in the body (lots of vaccines) it can manifest into so many problems down the road, including Parkinson's and dementia.

I was diagnosed with hyperadrenergic POTS, there a few types of POTS and it’s very important that patients know what type of POTS they have so it can be treated properly. I was treated incorrectly for 5 years with beta-blockers which are contraindicated with Hyperadrenergic POTS. When I began having severe tremors all over my body......much like a seizure my cardiologist sent me to Vanderbilt for extensive Autonomic testing and they figured everything out. I also have Mast Cell Activation Syndrome which commonly is seen with hyper POTS. This is a very tricky disease and you must do your research to be sure how to treat the problem. For instance, my cardio exercise I do in a pool and my strength exercise is done on a Pilates reformer because I can lay down while I work my muscles. This is a horrible condition, especially when friends and family don’t understand how quickly symptoms come on and I just have to lay down. 😰

"Especially when friends and family don't understand." Yep. I often hear "But you look so healthy" or get that look like "you could do this just fine 5 minutes ago, but somehow you can't NOW?"

@Helene Vion hello thank you for the reply!! I have overall improved my condition since then. During this period of time I do remember this condition being quite hell and a lot to deal with. There is still slight struggle with “emptying the tank” if you will lol but overall the frequency has gone down as well as the pain. I also have been smoking the green stuff for like 9 years so that is a HUGE factor as well. This is year 5 since my condition started and dieting makes a night and day difference. The better the diet the less irritants go through my bladder/ system (soda fizz, caffeine, sugar, Spicey foods, dairy, gluten, citrus fruits, veggies / fruits high in vitamin C, chocolate) all kinds of stuff. Lucky me!

My wife has had an issue over a year now. The bottom of her feet itch really bad to the point of scratching uncontrollably. I have treated it with herbs and oils but nothing seems to work. She soaks her feet in hot water with apple cider vinegar sometimes twice a day and it helps some for a short period. I could really use your opinion on this. Love your videos.

Unique El Hello! After the last 2 months since writing that comment, listening to Dr. Berg, listening to all his videos, and Q and A videos, and getting his book and products, and doing keto for the last 6 1/2 months and doing intermittent fasting for the last 3 3/4 months, I think this is linked to the adrenals. So working on the adrenals I believe should really help. Also, I think keto and intermittent fasting, along with following all of Dr Berg's advice would be the cure! His method of this diet (way of life, way of eating) seems to be a cure all! I hope that helps at all! I really love this way of eating, and feel sooo much better and have sooo much improvement since my last comment! My quality of life has gone way up! I'm still on my journey, but moving forward steadily! :) Also, I still agree, Dr. Berg should do a second part to this video! :)

However I have no idea how to fix it, in fact I don’t feel it’s even possible 100%. So I started taking B1 and it has stopped my excessive sweating (it’s been unbearable over the past few years) and also improved my sleep at the night. I take a couple of tablets a day sometimes three. It’s worth a try and experimenting with dose. If it doesn’t help you can rule that out. B1 is a cheap vitamin.
