how did you manage to pour the mixture? I had my doubts when I saw this much cream cheese compared to other ingredients but I went with it and the mixture turned out to be way to thick to pour. I microwaved it for 15 seconds to make it more runny but it was still way to thick.
Did you over beat your whipped cream? I did a mistake with my whipped cream that I beat it more than 50% and the mixture way over thick and hard to mix with the cream cheese. Hopefully this help you

Made this today for Valentine's day, it came out really good - pretty and tasty. Thank you for this great and estetically pleasing recipe! The cream cheese I used was a little more dense at first so I carefully microwaved it checking on it every 15 seconds. I used powdered gelatine which I soaked in 30 grams of water (1:6 ratio) for a few minutes. Then to activate the gelatine I poured 15 grams of warm (microwaved for 10-15 seconds) heavy cream over it (not whipped, subtracted it from 150g needed) and mixed, then added the mixture to the batter. I feel like I overwhipped the whipping cream just a little bit - the batter was not as runny so it was harder to create even circles with it. I believe I should have stopped whipping as soon as it started to hold some shape. Warming the batter in microwave seems to make it more liquidy but it is better to just whip the cream no more than 50% :D I divided the batter almost in half before adding the jam, with no-jam part being slightly bigger. Will divide it closer to 1/4 with jam and 3/4 without next time, cause I ended up with a little too much pink batter, so light pink and pink circles became one - oops. Or may be I will continue adding more food coloring to create even more layers. I used an adjustable baking frame from Ikea which worked perfectly. Decorated with fresh strawberry cut in little cubes. Overall, great and easy recipe, just need a little more practice :)

Nikko Goh The portioning is not known. Eyeball it perhaps? The powdered gelatin needs 5 times the amount of water compared to the gelatin weight. She answered it in one of the comments.

I tried kopi your recipe but I used a heart shaped mold and found myself out of the fillings... So I just improvised lol... And I was too lazy to wait for an hour so I just pour it layer after layer... But the recipe taste nice... Thanks for all the recipes
