I made this cake for my quarantine birthday and it tasted great! i used double the amount she did because my cake was bigger. everyone ate it so fast i kinda want to make it again for my sisters birthday :) highly recommend this recipe.

I made this last week. 100% recommended if you are thinking to try it. My sponge didn't come out like her. I tried 3 times but as soon as I added the flour all meringue goes flat lol. But, the flavor is great. The sponge tastes like castella cake. Anyway, the cheese cake and Mascarpone cheese part is sooooo delicious. Overall it came out like the cake from Japanese cake shop. Now that I live in the US, all cake butter creams taste too sweet to me. I am so glad I found this. I am planning to make this cake again for my son's 1year BD. Sadly, I will be using different sponge cake recipe though.

나는 트릭이 없다고 생각합니다. 딸기를 자른 사람은 딸기를 자르지 않고 딸기의 측면을 보여주는 대신 반으로 자른 것을 볼 수 있기 때문에 완벽하게 자르지 않았을 수 있습니다. 그래서 요리사는 무작위로 자르지 만 매끄럽게 보입니다.
