All best things come to an end, but it's good that they will not milk the series too much
Tbh like after the eventually confrontation with isaac and the vampire sisters there ain’t much left
Spinoff/sequel chapter: "allow me to introduce myself"
Naw just kidding! I have faith it will be good, or at least better than that dumpster fire named blood of Zeus
@Fred Duwe I remember that but in the anime Dracula seems content like if he comes back he under mind control
@@tlmacmillan1 why didnt you like blood of zeus? Just curious.
@@sureerabdi4939 okay I admit, it was far from a dumpster fire. It just felt a little...incomplete. I liked seraphim tbh, and the two supporting male characters. Though I wasnt much a fan of zeus, huron, alexia or really any other character's. I was following along the story really well and spotted many many potholes. Such as Hera's plan to bring back the Giants to kill Zeus which would have created a threat even bigger than the gods themselves. In the myths here was cunning and manipulative, but also quite clever. When blood of zeus made her out to be the petty and shall I say obnoxious foil to Zeus, who I guess we're supposed to root for for cheating on his wife (again). And I never got the purpose of the demons. I mean, I get how seraphim was driven by his hatred for Zeus and the other gods, but him turning into a demon and having all of his followers made no sense and did nothing to further the plot. Plus I read all sorts of versions of mythology and it mentions nothing of the sort of thing like the demons, so why did they even exist in the first place. Anyway, sorry for the long description but I hope that answers your question. I just personally find it inferior to castlevania in many ways.
Hope my boy Alucard gets a happy ending
SPOILERS

:
between the events of Curse of Darkness and Symphony of the Night, Alucard had a 300-year long sleep... so I think it's gonna be bittersweet rather than a good ending on his end
Florin Aslan What happy ending? In the canon of the games, he goes off to sleep for 300 years, only to wake up and fight his father again. And that's not even the end of his ordeals in canon.
Oh yeeeeah! I’d love to see him get another happy ending 😏
@@Ninja07Keaton aria and dawn of sorrow are the other two games where he has to save the world again and stop his father who reincarnated into a foreign exchange student but I hope they can animate at least aria of sorrow. If not then I’m fine with symphony of the night
@@morablaze486 I believe I covered that with "And that's not even the end of his ordeals in canon".
It's been a good run, everybody 😔
WARNING I am the unprettiest human YTer worldwide. Take the hint, dear dal
For now, keep your heads up gamers. For the best is yet to come
Well I rather it end on a high note rather than for it to get milk out
Depends on how S4 ends, but with how short season 1 and season 2 was, I honestly hoped for a season 5 that'll conclude the main story, and as stated in the video, the producers to then move on and work on other projects that take place in the same universe.
*cough*Riverdale*cough*
Action scenes are top notch
Damn so much happened but I feel like things were just getting started
I believe a more fitting word to encapsulate the events of S3 would be BETRAYAL: Alucard betrayed by the twins, Hector made into a slave and the Judge's sick pleasures.
And we dont' have any context of any of thèse évent lmao
I’m fine with this being the last season, if it had gone on any longer it would’ve been drawn out. Season 1 was a good introduction, Season 2 was amazing and Season 3 was perfect. As a fan of the games and lore I am excited to see what comes next; I heard that a DMC series was in the works as well!
That's the sequel series
I tried watching this show but i never got past season one....i just couldn't bring myself to follow a story about characters i didn't agree/relate to. I felt like dracula was the only person i understood and they just killed him off. I tried watching season two and nothing seemed to change...the heroes treated the villains like villains just because they were. And the humans are all jerks.. Really...the only reason I have to keep watching it is because of isaac...and it doesn't seem to me like they'll actually do anything different...hell probably just be killed off too.
@@honour4246 same here. I agree more with Dracula than the Heroes. But i also understood that he had gone crazy and needed to be stopped or at least finally at peace. But the way Dracula was adressed/treated by the heroes was like he was just an evil créature to kill, and nothing else:( . At least it was a rather enough and complète open ending, with Isaac still alive and the other vampire girl scheming another thing, Trevor and sylpha tracking her(normally going by how they talked at the end of S2) After writing down all that happen. It's all up to everyone to imagine what will happen next. The original goal is achieved: stopping Dracula.
Édit : just realised most of my rant on s3 was based on the fact i watched one of the last épisode of S3 but was so confused and was so Bad in my eyes that i thought i had already Seen everything loool. But yeah even with context of who are the twin i still find that really out of character of alucard to do something like that. Again, there are many different way to ambush someone. Not everyone is Hector. And Hector, seems like not the same as the Hector from the game...
@@honour4246 what the hell.. is there any media you can enjoy? Lol.
Most of the shows right now are the pretty generic good vs bad, or hero wanna be stories. Honestly not a big fan either but what do you watch instead..... Any recommendations?
I would love to see these era's/games adapted. Lament of innocence adapted. This is where we would see both the rise of the Belmont's and Dracula and the start of their near-eternal war with each other. Symphony of the night because it was just plain good hands down. Lastly, the War of 1999 AD, Aria of Sorrow and Dawn of Sorrow. Basically the end of dracula and the attempt for his rebirth via reincarnation.
YESSS I FINALLY GET MORE ALUCARD🔥🔥
Ye
Thats very disapointing..this show is so damn good! Animation, artstyle, story, everything is so good! Aren’t there multiple games they could adapt? I expected this show would last past 10 seasons, i guess this is just the end of trevor, and we follow his decendant in the spinoff.
How they gonna cancel it 😭 im glad its still getting the 4th season but damn dude... now im depressed
Not cancel, they're ending it. And its only the beginning since there's gonna be more just with a different cast.
It’s not good when things go on for too long in my opinion. I know people like things with loads of episodes like naruto but too many episodes can scare off new people and normally shows just get worse and worse with more epesodes
@@willambrose4973 that didn't happen to me with naturo but I get what ur saying like I am scared to watch one piece because of all the episodes and how the entire thing is about finding one thing
@@austinilo1659 yeah. I’ve never started a really long anime just because I don’t want to spend that much time. Naruto and one price are probably really good just not for me
@@justinchan4203 What do you mean there's gonna be more with a different cast?
It’s still on my to watch list, soo I need to start watching soon
It’s seriously worth the watch!
The Time Has Come and So Have I
I need an animated SOTN, the whole game could be some sort of short film, or for the next Castlevania show, they incorporate some elements from it.... Lots of possibilities!
Love to see them back one based on Dracula X (Rondo of Blood) That would be interesting I think as it would lead on to Symphony of the night.
This is such bittersweet news. After season 3 I couldn’t wait for the fourth but to hear that its going to be the final season, just makes me sad. I hope they dont rush and wrap it up just for the sake of it. Season 3 layed so much potential story material they could have made at least 2 or 3 more seasons. Especialy with the slow phase style they did season 3 (wich in my opinion is the best season so far). Its just going to be different, watching and knowing its coming to an end.
I tried watching this show but i never got past season one....i just couldn't bring myself to follow a story about characters i didn't agree/relate to. I felt like dracula was the only person i understood and they just killed him off. Really...the only reason I have to keep watching it is because of isaac...and it doesn't seem to me like they'll actually do anything different...hell probably just be killed off too.
I do hope we get spinoffs exploring the other time periods.
Me knowing the director of the castlevania plans to make a crossover between castlevania and DMC: hehe boi
Ahh hell yesssd
Not exactly making the same universe for both adaptations, but yeah, I am very interested in this. Specially when it comes to my bois Dontey and THE STORM THAT IS APPROOOOOOOACHING
How about marcus brothers from the vampire d to the castlevania world.. universe rather
Ritcher is the main character in Rhondo of Blood, which leads into Symphony of the night, hopefully we get seasons that encapsulate both games.
Sad that this series is nearing its end. Anyway, I hope they do a Simon Belmont's timeline based on Simon's Quest.
My birthday is May 13th. This is the best present ever
Thank you I needed this news.
And the trailer dropped yesterday. May 13th needs to come quick
Somebody should make a series about Simon or someone more down the bloodline where the story is focused more on Dracula and painting the Belmonts as villains because of how many times he dies to the Belmonts. It would be a nice change of pace
Or they can just do regular Simon
Also Mega Man X, that would be absolutely amazing
I think a prequel would be nice. Leon Belmont vs Vlad Tepes before he became Dracula. In this series there’s potential of how it could play out despite us knowing what happened. See how he continued the lineage and all that.
So better to stop now before they ruin things? Wow, when people say things like that, I guess what they really wanna say is: we ran out of ideas.
All things considered.....I just hope my love Alucard gets a happy ending. Season 3 messed him up!
I forget what it's called but their was a series on netflix that's art closely resembled Castlevania it was Zeus or Zeus in the title love to hear your thoughts on it
Blood of Zeus! I have a video covering it on the channel already actually
@@SliceofOtaku dota dragons blood is very cool to
The Metroid series could be a cool adaptation, if they give it the same treatment they gave Castlevania, each game could be a season and if Genndy Tartakovsky's Primal taught me anything it's one human character can carry a show, even if they don't talk the entire time. As a side note has anyone been watching Invincible? Waaaaay better than I thought it'd be.
I've seen invincible, and I'm loving it. Takes me back to the days I watched young justice and spectacular Spiderman
They should do on a Simon Belmont confined to Castle Dracula they should show how Simon beats down enemies as he makes his way to reach Dracula for the final conforntation.
Netflix always does this, they stop their shows after 3-4 seasons no matter how good or popular that is
I feel like it would make sense if Simon were to come on the scene next just because that's how the story is playing out but, Perhaps could could said of all new shows? 🍷
I think they could lead it into focusing on the devil forge master. Forgot his name sorry. Kinda like how they trailed it off in Curse of Darkness.
Miss u😭
Go check out the plot armor channel. He's on there regularly
They said that about the last two seasons
Castlevania and Jojos handle legacy in an interesting way and I’m glad you mention Jojos cause I was literally thinking bout the comparison
Well, Castlevania is a licensed property, so it's not surprising that it's coming to a Netflix end. With the popularity of this series & guest characters in other video games, I'm sure this isn't the last we'll see of a Castlevania animated series. The Netflix series beats Simon Bellmont just being a secondary character on "Captain N the game master".
i wonder what they're going to do with the main antagonist in this other part since i don't see dracula coming back
They already announced castlevania will continue with an different story
Dota dragons blood is pretty cool to.
Assuming we get that spinoff they mentioned
I want symphony of the night next 🙏
Maria Renard and Richter Belmont 🙏🙏
God the twins fucking up alacard like that😰
Didn't want this show to end at 4.
I’ll miss it
After finishing season 4 I got the fealing that this was very much canceled after all. The ending while not bad was pretty much rushed and there are multiple storylines which weren't really covered. Strange but who knows... I for one highly enjoyed the series.
Alucard vs The sister will be epic
I wanna see Simon belmont
yes!
I know that the Castlevania 64 curse of darkness wasn't very popular but I did like the characters like Henry, Ryan Heart Synder, Carrie Fernandez and Cornell the man wolf
I loved Castlevania legacy of darkness it is my favorite n64 game I played that game and completed it so many times I don't understand why people hate it so much it was really fun 😀
Were the hell is are Grant Danasty?!?
Does this mean the company is going to start working on dlc anime?
my sources say they’re moving to a berserk project
Can you talk About Kaitou Joker?
Of course I want Aria of Sorrow 😁👌🏻
Portrait of ruins and order of Ecclesia
I don’t understand why the show has to end in order for them to do another spin off series in the same universe. Also I want to see Simon Belmont at least once.
I’m not against this season being the final season, it makes sense if the big battle between Isaac’s army and the Vampiress Trinity is going to go down. My only issue is that I wish Dracula was the main antagonist from beginning to end. The main plot with him and the three main characters out to kill him feels rushed and short.
Hopefully the ending will imply that Dracula will return every 100 years and the Belmont clan will need to be ready.
I really want them to make an animated Simon Belmont Castlevania movie, not tv-series because the story it's short, not much lore, plus it'd be cool because Simon is the one that started the franchise.
Any shows similar to Castlevania that any of you guys would recommend? I don’t usually watch stuff in the Anime section, although this isn’t really anime, but Castlevania was realllllly gooood!
Attack on Titan
But wasn't this already clear due to the artbook that was announced? lol
From there we knew about the new season and likely when it was gonna air and that it would be the last sadly.
To everyone asking where he went. Go check out plot armor. That's where he's at nowadays as a narrator. I mean come on guys CHECK THIS VIDEOS DESCRIPTION
I want to see dmc or a bayonetta but mostly dmc and cup head
Tbh im kinda not too upset and hopefully this means the series is moving forward. I would really like to see the dynamic of Richter and Alucard and other possible characters. I will miss Trevor, sypha, Isaac, Hector and others though. Some of the best characters in media
Good deeds
God of war would be cool to see get an animated series. Hell, at least a movie.
Lets hope it goes out with a bang and not a dragons dogma? That still piss me of royally
I always got confused after Season 2 was done why they stuck to Trevor? Like wasn't the Producer hoping to eventually adapt Symphony of the Night?
Yea that was kinda my problem with s2 with Alucard killing Dracula, that was kinda a big deal of his in symphony since his arc was about him confronting his legacy as well as his father. As for Trevor he was supposed to be the first in a line a vampire hunters to kill THE vampire and its kinda took away what made Trevor important to the timeline.
So if they do symphony I have no clue how it'll work especially since they'll need to do rondo first
@@kingdomheartsfan986 Rondo of Blood could work like its own 1st season of the Richter arc. But it's also hard to imagine if they went past Trevor that they'd skip Simon's arc. Y'know, the most iconic of the Belmonts?
Why ..... Dracula is back from death .... noooooo........ we need to know what happens ........ next .
I hope this spin off actually comes about
me too and i'm down for it
You kind of have to go Simon or Christopher next. Gotta give some time between now and Alucard return. It'll be more satisfying that way
Didn't this leak on February?
I agree Dragon’s Dogma was 🤢🤢🤢
Honestly I want It all... If its gonna be like JoJo, then I am going to refer to the story arcs as parts. Part 1, is Castlevania III cast, which we are seeing right now, and Its finishing at its 4th season. Time for Part 2, next from Trevor would be Christopher Belmont, who has an interesting thing going on with his son who gets possessed by Dracula.
After that story, in Part 3 we could take a look way back, into Leon, and explain the backstories of Belmonts and Dracula(s), how they're linked and what is the source of their eternal fight.
4th part would of course be Simon Belmont!
5th part is covering Juste Belmont, with little bit of alteration, with Shaft being in the picture from his era, and since Ricther is Juste's son or grandson, there would be a slight timeskip to his adventure beginning, with Juste being still alive. Obviously he wont be joining Richter on his quest, he might even get murdered by Dracula's forces, further motivating Richter.
6th part is Symphony of the Night
Then the next games without Belmonts could be adapted into their own spinoffs, with ties to the original series, while 7th part will cover 1999 demon war, which means the stage is all for Julius. 7th part will also feature Aria and Dawn of Sorrow, warping up the established canon.
Yeah, I would like to see the show continue, but season 5 would be where it starts a new story. I don’t think it needs to be an entirely separate show or end right here.
that sucks...was hoping for at least 5 or 6 seasons but if its satisfying ending ill be happy , i love this show
so the crossover got cancel?
I remember watching this show around season 2 & it's been a blast seeing this story unfold & be separate from the games
I kind of have a feeling that they will rush this ending.
Eclipsa chapter?
I don't want it to end 😫 I'm going to miss Isaac he is a rarity and a gem as a well written and loveable black character he is my favorite character of all time
But if there will be more castlevania hope there will be a good black character
Belmont's Bizarre adventure anyone?
Hey I'm the middle child of your older sister. I'm just here to say what's up and I hope your doing good and stuff especially during these trying times.
Hes doing well. Check the videos description. And go check out plot armor. He helps run that channel
@@asgardianprotector6917 thanks dude
You're welcome
all i know richter means judge, hehe
Hey sliceofotaku i have a video you would be interested in making.
see there is a channel named DEATH BATTLE, and the recently released they will have steven universe fight against star butterfly.
Since you have covered both shows in the past i believe that you are the perfect person to make a prediction video for it.
Woooow you know you can do more seasons
This is probably an unpopular choice but I'd love to see Legacy of Darkness adapted.
well i don't think it be castlevania anymore just the name sake of the show and character...
So much more story to tell, maybe they will do more Castlevania series in different times in it's rich history. I could see Alucard coming back with future Belmonts and speak of his time with Trevor and Sypha. Just the end of THIS story
I’m actually so excited that season 4 is even coming out
Men it should've be the end. Bernades got simon Belmont on her belly
This story does not need 6 or more seasons. 4 or 5 should be just right.
Go try dragons dodta
as a big castlevania fan i would LOVE IT if they adapt rondo of blood symphony of the night and nocturne of recollection story to anime after season 4
I cannot wait yasssss
I hope they revive the series after some time I mean come on I would love to see an adaption of Simon, richters and Julius stories along with symphony of the night
That's cool. they can start calling it Castlevania 2 or something else. I'm not picky. :)
Is there a female belmont in any 🏯 vania game or timelines?
Sonia Belmont, but she isn't a canon character. She appears in Castlevania Legends which isn't canon, and she was supposed to be in the Dreamcast game Castlevania Resurrection which is canceled.
I want to see rondo of blood arc on the netflix series
