    This was really good.. thanks..
I haven't read the book.. but guess now I will..
A few points I live by that are mentioned here...
    1. Someone did not get you angry... you reacted to them. No one has control over you. You'll keep hurting yourself by that bed post corner (i always do), regardless of how angry you get with it.. and it has absolutely zero care of how angry you get. Same is true with people.. At some point you have to tell yourself.. time to get a new bed without a sharp bed post.
    2. You see a problem, you resolve it.. you can't resolve it, you mitigate it. (remind yourself the words from the Serenity Poem)
    3. When a "bad" thing happens.. use it as an opportunity for growth.. good entrepreneurs will try to profit from it.. use it as a learning experience.. the one benefit from all "bad" events is the opportunity to learn from it. Don't make every loss a 100% loss.. learning from it is very valuable.. maybe worth more than the actual loss.

The real focus on this topic is not problems, its mindset. Our culture creates our mindset, the goal is to deprogram that mindset to care about things by degrees instead of emotion. I care about my house being clean, but only by degree. I don't worry about it. When it gets to the point of being ridiculous, I then decide to change habits and make it a fun project. No friction in my thought process. But others would turn this messy house into a panic. Though a simple example, it is an example of how we should approach life, without much emotion, with a mindset that I will do better with the areas of my life and get to it because I'm not emotionally vested. Emotions are great for the moment, but like a businessperson who failures on an endeavor, you push the emotions to the side and move on. Move on! Get on with your life. Our culture wishes to unempower you by reminding you of your problems. This is so they can sell you something through your anxiety. It's simply reprogramming your mindset and allowing yourself to handle issues without emotion or persecution.

Great explanation of the gist of this book, or in the other words what an extensive take on the crux of the book.
If I am to add/share my biggest take away from this book is - feedback loop from hell, to me this is the most important aspect of the entire book.
Feedback loop from hell, gives definition and meaning to endless amounts of thoughts that occurs in our minds whenever we think about something or anything in general.
It's absolutely important to come to realization that life is not always bed of roses, and it's totally all right to feel the way how we'd feel sometimes or most of the times, like sad, upset, mad and the list goes on.
Add to that list, with social media on its full swing many millennials and everyone else alike, feel so entitled which imho is the route cause for many first world psychological problems, and if these entitled homo sapiens are willing and ready to take a good look at themselves in the mirror, then this book is a great start to start fixing the entitlement and becoming responsible human being.

Its not as flippant as the title implies. I'm pretty good at NGaF already but you can always get better. Found the book very engaging and read it twice.
