I love the "What -- So What -- Now What" structure of how to answer a question or make a point. You can also follow the same structure when you're questioning customers or people, in general, to really get to the heart of an issue. For example, in a sales call, the structure can pan out like: "What are some challenges you're facing? What impact has that had? Have you done anything to address the problem?". Mediocre questioners would stop at one instead of following up with relevant follow-up questions.

    Love your summaries!
Is it possible to add to description a link to the book on Goodreads? That way we can easily add it to want-to-read list :)
Thank you and keep publishing the videos!

This just sounds like really shallow nonsense. I'm not saying it's "bad" advice, just useless. But they put it in the standard self-help structure of "Follow The A.M.P. System and The Three S Method..."
"If you have anxiety, just separate yourself from the anxiety..." Seriously?

yes deep breathing and specifically slow exhales do help people from relieving anxiety and yes stage fear is one of the biggest fear so yes it is useful to many, people are afraid of public speaking and find difficulty in structuring their words n phrases, have a good day mate

The advice is based in Buddhism. The observing mind and the thinking mind are distinctly different. The observing mind is able to witness the situation and even the anxiety without judgement which can alleviate the anxiety.

"If you have anxiety, just separate yourself from the anxiety..." Seriously?
what's wrong with that? what do you offer instead?

That's the problem when you try to summarise 256 page book into 8 minutes. The book didn't said just seperate yourself from anxiety it has gives methods to do it well + self awareness really helps in treating anxiety. When I get anxious I acknowledge it and then take some deep breaths and then I get very very calm down . So these methods really work + combining with other techniques from the book will give you a better outlook on the entire situation so you can treat yourself better.
