No one has, will or could ever do what Mike Patton does. There'll never be another like him again. He's absolutely the most prolific singer to ever be in this Earth.

But back point: Puffy- small and quiet as he is in person is a fucking beast behind the kit. And Billy plays just as hard. I cannot think of a more perfect and original rythm section.
And Mr. Bottum is in a league of his own too.
But I miss big sick Jim. Them 4 together- whoever was singing made a sound like no-one else before or since. Either them, Jane's addiction or if you count them - the Prodigy- were pretty much the last great rock n roll band. Any contenders?

I'm not sure about the whole "the most" part of your statement. There's quite a bunch of "the most incredible" bands out there. And I'm a huuuuuge FNM and Mike fan. I think they're splendid, one of a kind, brilliant. There's just not "the absolute greatest band", it's not a thing. Now that said, I feel they're a bit under-appreciated out there. I mean, they have loads of fans, and they were quite big in the nineties on the rock/metal scene. But they don't nearly get enough praise for how good they are. And just for that, I'll pardon your hyperbole and nod. They are the most incredible.
So beyond true!! I agree 💯 percent right!!!
I saw them for the first time in Portugal in 1992, at Alvalade Stadium, when "Angel Dust" came out, and went to all of their shows here. All the shows were incredible, it's hard to choose one of them, but this one was epic! If they had played Caffeine and We Care a Lot, would have been perfect!

No one has commented on "Midnight Cowboy" or "Caralho Voador", being the first and last songs of the concert. They are both very genuine, but not generally recognized.

I love it when they begin on Midnight Cowboy. My first FNM concert in the 90s started this way and it was a fucking ripper. FNM are awesome. Seen them 4 times in 🇦🇺
Last two shows I saw them at Festering Hall (AoTY and Reunion tours) both opened with Midnight Cowboy 😍 crows went nuts. Can't wait for 2021 shows.

You know i'd like to say something positive about them as the biggest FNM fan i know personally BUT as amazing as this performance is... I flew all the way back home from Missouri to Seattle for bumbershoot to see them perform and it was like a 25 minute set.. they didnt even get into it at all and I was like "wait that was it?" It felt like they played 3 songs. I remember being so upset like Ispent 24 hours and hundreds to see that?
Seems like they hate playing in America.
