It does tend to empty the wallet! As a friend of mine says, “you can’t find a better hobby than flying RC planes” At least allow yourself to build a tiny trainer to go zipping around the sky with!
Find second hand Flysky i6, buy few servo's, battery, IMAX b3 charger, some foam, tape, hotglue and go for it. Simple cub is a great starter plane, you can get all electronics for less than 80$ and reuse with new builds or sell it if you get bored
Update: i alredy have all i need, built a plane(ft cruser)...very poorly crashed it, got a versa on order comeing soon. Cant wait to save up for some fpv

Yes just like a real 262, the nose wheel broke on landing.
The production Me 262 had MK 108 30mm although there was a prototype with 2x MK 108 2x MK 103 and 2x MG 151/20

Josh shows his valuable knowledge once again with the placement of the main landing gear and their hinderance on takeoff rotation. I was taught this lesson in my aerospace engineering senior design course and I honestly would have overlooked that. One thing I am concerned with is how close those propellers are to the ground and how far behind the the point of rotation (the main landing gear wheels) they are. During a scale takeoff, it looks like they may strike the ground during rotation. Fortunately, you have plenty of power and the plane lifted off the ground without the need to rotate the nose upward. I love these builds and, as always, I enjoy the practical knowledge Josh has on the mechanics of flight.

I’m Guessing John Overstreet is the kind of man that doesn’t want the accolades he so deserves for his innovations and pushing the edge of what can be built with DTF. That said, I would LOVE to see him and his name immortalized by adding it to the name of the planes he designed and brought to life using DTF. The Overstreet series. I feel like he might be too humble to accept such an honor, but I firmly believe he deserves it.

When you rebuild that wing, maybe try carbon fiber arrow shafts bundled together and wrapped with zip ties or Kevlar cord soaked with super glue. That should work.

Hey you only need to add a layer of glass fibre on the wing. Make its pattern 45 degrees tilted so it increases torsional rigidity. 👊🏻

That's a neat looking Schwalbe. My suggestion - I think that the Stuka crashed because rushing air opened the cavity on leading edge of wing - it'd be reasonable to cover leading edge with packing tape (or perhaps even paper tape would be better so that the paint would stick better to it) to prevent its opening.
Another thing is - where's the love for minis? Everytime you so something it has to be huge with brick sized battery :( I'd love to see a big aerial battle between ya'll. Axis vs Allies, all minis, that'd be cool. Oh and you should collaborate with Jack and Steve Niezgoda. They've got some good designs
