I adore you are still discovering Russia. Honestly, I have been following Eli for years, and it never ceases to amaze me how varied and yet welcome all parts of Russia are from the far East North South or West. You have a lifetime of exploring to do :) Thanks for sharing.
Oh Lisa, once again you have boldly gone where few other people dare to tread. As always I am in awe of your perfect plaits, your lovely big eyes and the way you speak our language, your accent to die for. I must stop now before they call me a simp again ❤
your trip to Vorkuta was very entertaining. you are very brave to venture out to the extreme northern parts of Russia. the terrain looks very rugged. you are practically at the very top of the whole world at the moment🌍🌍!!! you are one great tour guide Lisa. great vid!(ps: the first wagon that pull the rest of the convoy is called a locomotive😉🚂🚂) keep it up!👍👍
You are the best of the very best Russian girl Ruskaya adventure channels. What an amazing place, beautiful scenery even with reindeer as well as GULAG history so so very very far away from Mockba. I watched your video three times . You are so good to us taking us to so many out of the way places as well as very bravely being only girl in town with all those oil and ship workmen but it looked like you were very safe in daytime and the men were friendly and very respectful to you. However, yes it was best not to put you in one room for the night with all those heavy duty working men. It is so good to be Russian, very good indeed Dima
Please show more of Labytnangi, so far as you are able. Thank you for showing us this train line across the lovely northern Urals. This is a place I have always wanted to go. It is unlikely I will be able to do it (because of illness, among many other reasons), but thanks to you I can see some of it on video from the warmth of my home. Thanks also for your account of your experiences in Vorkuta - a very strange place, but wherever there is life, there is something interesting happening (at least for a while - being unable to leave such a place might be hard). Please continue sharing your travels. May they all be safe and joyful.
Ironic how the footage of travelling through this area is so beautiful. The infinite fields and hills, the old structures. I love the cinematography in this travelogue.
Love from индия. We Indians are always fascinated by Russia. You are exploring the least explored places by RUclipsrs. Keep it up and deliver nice contents like this. ❤
Hi Lisa, you have definitely taken the parh less traveled 🤣 and it is proving to be quite rewarding. That is some amazing scenery on the way to Labytnangi. Enjoy the remainder of your Northern journey! 💖
This video completely surprised me. Full of incredible, beautiful, pristine Russian nature. Stunning. I enjoy your talks with the local people. Love this video from Lisa the beautiful Russian. 🤍💙❤
Вы делаете контент на английском, но сколько всего я узнаю о стране именно из вашего замечательно блога. Спасибо) И "Миру мир!" означает Peace to the World!
Fascinating region of Russia with all the mountainous area where reindeers and other wildlife to watch. Somehow it resembles the northern regions of Scotland and parts of Wales. Would love to take that journey and explore with my photography equipment. Thanks, 🇷🇺 V
Hello Lisa. Greetings from the USA. You are amazing. Somehow your videos get better and better. I had to laugh where you're wearing a jacket and hood while you're talking to a guy with short sleeves. I would probably never see this part of Russia if it wasn't for you.
Really interesting. I have seen vlogs from Alaska and other similar northern places where all the hotels, shops, restaurants, etc.were geared for men working and staying there for oil, gas, and those type of industries. Has to be surreal traveling there on your own.
OMG MY LOVE Lisa wow traveling by yourself with all those men be careful the place looks very woody lots of trees and cute pups i wish i could travel with you!!!🚅🛫someday🤞
So interesting!!❤ I heard that in times of melting ice, there is a sea route planned between west and east of Russia, north of the land. The polar regions will develop a lot... Imagine a ship between Murmansk and Vladivostok going north of Russia😊
Really glad your expectations were exceeded for Vorkuta. I like "unique and crazy" places together with your "diverse and interesting" ethos of seeking them out. Russia is an amazing country that I wish I had explored a whole lot more. You are a great guide showing us around. Guess it is open plain tundra most of the way along that railway line - looks so vast with a few trees here and there - imagine living in a yurt up there in the wilderness - beautiful and amazing.
Beautiful landscape Lisa, especially above the tree line.. Reminds me of northern Canada up in the territories and my oil and gas days.. It is getting closer to hunting season and you are in the right spot.. Thank you Lisa for showing us real Russian history and about the Gulags.. Thumbs up every time..
infrastructure development in the soviet era was truly evenly distributed to remote areas. While in Indonesia, development is currently still not fully spread outside Java, although it is still ongoing. Even on the island of Sumatra, the railway has not been fully connected from Aceh province to Lampung, while in Sulawesi the railway line has just been built around South Sulawesi province.
In England we would call the elecrocar either a locomotive or an engine. This Northern trip is really fascinating, I'm looking forward to the next instalment already! .
Really beautiful and interesting. Only found a few internationally minded channels like SOCBRICS that fairly cover arctic opening. That don’t seem to overemphasize risks around conflict, climate, wildlife, etc. We’re made to worry but can be put at ease with ideas of shared prosperity around unintrusive, sustainable nuclear powered mega ports and shipping lanes and a move to more distributed (also spooky cell) cultivation like Nordic aqua for Atlantic salmon in China, counters overfishing. Inmates dream of gulag near those prospects. ;)
I am very glad you make videos. They are always very interesting and entertaining. Thank you very much.
Thank you very much! 🤗

Comrade Lisa the electric carriage pulling your train 🚂 is referred to as a Locomotive unit 😊😷🚖🛣️🌞👏👏👏
The land is reminiscent of the moors of Scotland. It's called a locomotive. Your country is so large and diverse. Amazing...
Greetings from beautiful California USA ❤
😢 Nice thinking
It is the train locomotive in English. Short trains are common in UK especially in city areas.
Good to see conversations with the locals in Russian.

When I saw the security camera in the sky of the mural, I thought it was a UFO!😂
