I would love if this channel labeled the parts it's removing for cooking during the dissection process and labeled the names of dishes. Many of these creatures and dishes are things I'll never see in person and it's so cool to learn.

If anyone is curious, the blue is the creature's blood.
Molluscs generally have Haemocyanin, a blood pigment that uses copper as it's binding metal.
The blue sac is it's ink sac. Cuttlefish, along with squid and octopus, are cephalopods.
