He just saw it was heading towards a bad situation, so he got sober and became born again. I mean also he was apart of one of the most infamous things to happen in wrestling with the Victory Road Jeff Hardy incident. He also was basically the face of WCW when he took on the NWO. I could go on further the man just retired and he started in 1985, so he has 39yrs worth of stories.

Screwing up his program with Shawn leading to him being replaced with the late Sid Eudy aka Sid Vicious/Sycho Sid who would win his first WWE title as a result. 2. Getting arrested in Kuwait leading to WWE dropping his program with Taker and bringing in Kane as his replacement at Taker and Shawn's Hell In A Cell match. It's wild as we kind of look back on Vader's run as a failed run when compared to his WCW run or his run in Japan, but without him the landscape of WWE at that time would look radically different and for the worse.

We laugh about a wrestling dentist when the chalkboard of ideas in that era had a barber, a maniac with a 2x4, crazy hillbillies, a knockoff Elvis Presley, a clown, an IRS tax collector, a guy with a snake, and one cultist undertaker and pallbearer with magic powers. The dentist gimmick was right on line, Glenn was just too good for it.
Taker and Kane have hours of hilarious road storys! Before burned Kane he had many silly characters and costumes. For his size he has a great sense of humor. When him and Taker got together they rewrote the wrestling history book!! When Vince put them together no one would sign for a tag match because they were unbeatable!! Two Superstars that probably can't be replaced!!😢
I created the Christmas Creature......the gimmick was designed to be a one off for a Christmas themed show in Osceola, AR ...but Jerry Jarrett was at the show cuz it was a Friday night before tv and liked the gimmick so they told him to be at tv the next day and used him for a couple of weeks. This was in 1992 and I brought him back to work another Christmas themed show in Carruthersville, MO.

Fake diesel was such a petty time. Kane was a genius moment. Arguably one of the best reveals of an extension of Takers linage.
You can definitely see Mayor Kane’s political mannerisms come out here especially with his hands. Kudos fr because his story/journey is pretty cool.
Glen hated for years being asked about the Dentist gimmick. Every time he was asked, he would end the conversation or hang up on people. Great to see him acknowledging the Dentist character.

I love content that gives a peek behind the curtain at what was going on in the era of kayfabe. You guys seem like you would be a blast to drink a beer with. If you're ever in bethlehem, ga. We laugh about a wrestling dentist when the chalkboard of ideas in that era had a barber, a maniac with a 2x4, crazy hillbillies, a knockoff Elvis Presley, a clown, an IRS tax collector, a guy with a snake, and one cultist undertaker and pallbearer with magic powers. The dentist gimmick was right on line, Glenn was just too good for it.

I created the Christmas Creature......the gimmick was designed to be a one off for a Christmas themed show in Osceola, AR ...but Jerry Jarrett was at the show cuz it was a Friday night before tv and liked the gimmick so they told him to be at tv the next day and used him for a couple of weeks. This was in 1992 and I brought him back to work another Christmas themed show in Carruthersville, MO.
Man sometimes I wonder how wrestling would be if it still had ridiculous gimmicks today 😂. I’d still watch out of pure curiosity lol
