@techmo2020 thanks, I just noticed that you mentioned the 35% larger battery at the maps test. Saw some confusing info about the battery capacity in the comments before, but I guess 5400mAh is the correct number then?
I saw a tweet the other day where someone tested several flagships against each other. The new SD Elite chip was one of them. iPhone 16 Pro was also included. The iPhone beat them all in video rendering and image rendering very significantly. Something like 40 - 50 seconds faster at these tasks. The Elite was the next fastest of course but it shows you that benchmarks are not the full story. Real life usage can be different from benchmarks. As you’ve shown today.
The S24 will consistently outperform its rival "compact" phones in screen-on-time (SOT) because it has a 1080p resolution, while the Xiaomi features a 1200p resolution. This difference results in approximately 9-12% lower display drain. Samsung's decision to opt for a lower resolution is sensible for many users, as most of us may not even notice the difference. However, it's important to recognize that if the S24 had a higher resolution, it would generate more heat and consume more battery.
35% more capacity for xiaomi 15, better processor and only 17 percent difference in sot.. where is the problem with xiaomi? Should have at least 25 percent difference
Maybe faster processor need more battery, and Xiaomi's screen also bigger. But don't worry, Xiaomi 15 has 90w super fast charging, even if you plugged it just for 2 minutes, it'll give you significantly more screen on time. Xiaomi's charger also included in the box, and Samsung's not (at least in my country). But if you think Xiaomi is su*ck, just buy Samsung one.

Hello, I have a question about the xiaomi 15, since it has such a large battery, I expected a better SOT, is it better than the s24 ultra, which has a smaller battery, even though it is a much larger phone.
If only I had known that Samsung devices have a motion blur issue, I would have considered purchasing an Apple product instead. I am currently using the S24 Ultra and am hopeful that Samsung will address this problem. Aside from this issue, the S24 Ultra is a truly remarkable all-around device.

Have you experienced any overheating while using the Xiaomi 15? I have a Xiaomi phone and I suffer from overheating while using 4g . Another Q, does the battery drain when you don't use the device? Like when you go to sleep.
The challenging part of put big battery capacity is the size, and Xiaomi 15 is small for 5400 mah battery. The other challenging part for larger battery is charging speed. It'll take forever for charging 5400w battery with 25w charger or less. But Xiaomi give 90w super fast charging.

No battery significant improvement? Maybe the resolution or the screen frequency was diy
I prefer Xiaomi for the battery, for charging speed and I think have better colours and light balance on the screen, than s24.
Bro, how're you so common with Soviet mood&stuff? 😄
Have a lot of friends in Balkan / Former Soviet countries 😂
Xiaomi 15 better than galaxy s24 so much

waiiting for comparing xiaomi15 pro with s24 plus sd
ممد جان بنااازم 👍👍👍👌👌👌
Is lens fogging issue occurs in Xiaomi 15?
xiaomi is not compact for me. I prefer S24 💙💙💙
Hand size matters
@abrarmahirsiam
plus looks more premium with its first party cases or originals from other manufacturers.
A phone with no charger and exynos ew
S24 is still better. Very few people use their phones for hours. My S24 lasts more than 2 days on a single charge. Only a couple hours use a day
@@LightSaber12345 and my 5 years Old Huawei p30 with sim inside for me lasts longer than brand new s24 that I have tested (only WiFi, without sim). Battery in most new phones is a joke. I have 10 hours on screen with my Old phone, it is impossible to reach with most of the new ones. Only xiaomi 14t pro had better runtimes in my tests.
Who are you kidding bro? The s24 gets destroyed by the xiaomi 15, let alone the 14...

Fivety sec cam significant low light HDR+10 reduce intra red sensor overhead to you know not blur and grim.
TECHMO TURNS INTO SLAV 🗣
Seriously, why the iPhones 11 Pro Max and S22 Plus have never been considered "compact", "small" smartphones, but the Pixel 9 Pro, Xiaomi 15 are considered compact, small smartphones, please, someone can explain to me 🤔
Ps: on the other hand, Samsung really, really needs to think about changing the photo sensors and increasing the size of the battery 🔋 of its vanilla S, at least to 4500mAh.
thanks for the vid, and no, it should not be legal to have christmas markets in november
Wallpaper link ?
I've decided I'll get the Xiaomi inshaAllah
In a normal life, we usually didn't feel different between chipsets and cameras, but always between battery, OMG samsung, go get it!!!
Snapdragon 8 gen elite 🤯🤯
In Camera game, Samsung wins with it's better color science. The difference in detail is not that noticeable but the wierd colors on xiaomi are very obvious
All chinese will sing xiaomi's praises, but it won't be easy to catch up to samsung just yet - once the S25 comes out, the Xiaomi 15 will fall further behind.
is the s24 a new device?
No it came out in early 2024 Jan I think
@Gagagaga70 noo but like just bought or is it a device he has had for a while
Even the Xiaomi 14 is overall a better phone than S24. I donno what's the catch here comparing this two👽
