I've been doing this workout for the last 2 weeks and I already feel a big difference when doing hand stands (wall assisted). My body is more stable and better aligned, makes me feel like I'll be able to achieve free hs sooner than I thought. Thank you @GymnasticsMethod
The down to earth attitude and intonation is very refreshing especially with the clear information given, even though I already knew and have been doing most of the exercises explained in many videos. Jo vagy papi, No.1
Enjoyed the workout. The superman rocks humbled me. I honestly thought I would have had this down as I can do many of the advance core exercises. It showed me that i needed to go back to basics here. I will be incorporating this in my ab workouts. Thank you.
Like number 86 from California, just finished the workout, and wow.... the rocking is way harder than it looks!! I had to revert to just static holds from the first video after a few seconds.
How you keep your face perfect whilst doing Side hollow body rocks is a strength of its own. Thanks for the Videos I have caught the bug to train again thanks to you
So glad I found your channel. No BS, just straightforward clear information. If you don't mind, can you make a video about diet for bodyweight athletes? How to eat to be strong but lean at the same time so it makes the exercises easier.
Great, thank you for the feedback! I don't really like to talk about nutrition since there are many ways that work, but many people requested it so I might make one!
@@GymnasticsMethod for nutrition maybe just cover what you do. There ARE many ways and I feel like I have pieced together a few different ways until I have something now that works for me. So I am always interested in what others do.
I can't seem to be flexible or angle that way for the superman rocks. I can just barely stretch my back the other way, it doesn't actually curve back. I see the way is maybe to attempt to curve the legs backwards first, then just rock?
Your not wrong about those side hollow body rocks, you look like Superman if he spent his time flying sideways for hilarious effect lol, thanks though, can’t wait to try them.
i did that workout and wow, thats too much hard, now i doo 25/20/20 of the four exercises, and 8/7/6 of the last after 3 weeks i will back and tell if i improve something but i have a problem, when i extend my foot for a long time like gymnasts do during exercises apparently i have foot cramp, how can i fix it?
Did you try the beginner workout? If you have those numbers, you should be fine with this one too. Foot cramp is normal in the beginning you need to get use to it. Also worth to take minerals with a balanced diet.
@@GymnasticsMethod Hi, the beginner workout was not a problem almost from the start, but this one is very hard to do as controlled and seemingly effortless as you do. Especially superman
@@GymnasticsMethod no, what is the beginner workout? and thanks for the help, I've been doing calisthenics for 1 year and I ended up getting interested in gymnastics recently, then I found your channel and I'm loving it, gymnastics makes the movements much more beautiful and I think it's really cool
Oh actually I’m not flexible enough for the pike rotations. Feels like I cannot quite achieve 90 deg hip flexion while keeping my lower back on the ground but maybe some 10 degrees less. Should I still do this exercise the best I can or should I regress?
Heyy, I love your content, is amazing. Could you make a video on how to incorporte flexibility into your training? It would be really helpful. Keep making great content!

The side rocks r quite hard to do… but r great
Agree! :D
Bro would you be so kind and make a video about ring exercises?
yes, will do!

It’s interesting because in that angle your lower back supposed to be on the ground. Stretch and do it in tuck until you get the flexibility!
@@GymnasticsMethod thanks so much brother!
