Adam, you never fail to introduce us to such great knowledge in each of your videos. I love it, thank you for what you are doing, very helpful and highly appreciated.
@Delta Lima depends on his current situation, if he is new to bodyweight exercises then he probably needs over 3 years to ensure his body is seriously ready to take that amount of load.
@@yousef9181 nope I'm intermediate level a can do tucked planche almost advance tucked, one leg fully extended front lever handstand.and a I'm conditioning my elbows for the cross.
@cyrax Sounds great. It will probably take a good time to reach it. Make sure to do RTO holds on the rings, these will make your become very strong on rings.
I used to be able to do the elbow lever as a kid with no training and it didn't feel like much. Oh I wish I could've continued back then, not starting over when I was in my mid 20ies, I still can't do it and I'll be 33 in a few days.
I have experienced heavy weight training and the effect it has on the central nervous system, all you want to do sleep while your body recovers from the heavy training and your muscle are crying out for food and fluids all the time. Gymnastic Statics are not the same, during the exercise your muscles are screaming "Please No More!" but afterwards because it is your own bodyweight it is easier to recover eating three healthy meals a day and stretching adequately but you can feel the tension strain in your muscles during and after the session like every single fibre of your muscles were effected.
Thanks for the video, very informative and motivating as always. You mentioned the shoulder stand is kind of an easier version of a handstand. I can hold a hs in pretty good form for 30+ seconds, but I struggle to get the shoulderstand. I think the reason is, my body gets to the vertical position automatically when I try to find the balance in shoulder stand, because it's used to it. Do you have any tips for overcoming this and getting more used to the position where body is in diagonal line?
I’ve been doing handstands for a long time still haven’t mastered it fully. Just do a bunch of handstand holds assisted with a wall, have good technique
Hey, love the video. I downloaded the app. Are the programs meant to be done everyday for a week or every other day for a week. For example the Free course.
Intro image does not show a correct cross, he needs to be down a couple more inches. Fastest way to get the strength needed is to do strict form bench presses 70% over bodyweight should get a guy to the threshold.
I can do a decent L-sit (but still working on it). I tried the progressions of the shoulder stand and I can just do the first one 😆. I tried to move to the second progression but it's so difficult. Is there something I can do to progress faster?
Hi, can you please make a tutorial or review about reverse planche, on the floor or on dips, I’m very interesting about this element, can you please review which muscles work in this element and progressions in it
About to master the footstand!
😄
struggle with that on occasion

How long until you get it?

I think it has to do with your core. Maybe improve that and focus up on it
This is amazing, valuable knowledge. Thank you so, so much.
Thanks bro for another free tip! You are very helpful.

Great vid!
I think it's needed more vids about flexibility, because without it, this exercices can' be done well.
Can you please do some collaboration videos with Brandon Wynn & Jake Dalton..!!! Would be very informative and educational as well🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻.
I hope I can one day! I’m planning to make at least a video talking about them to show honor and respect. They motivated me so much back in the day

How to correctly breathe during these? I can only do shallow breaths during the lsit and shoulder stand. Is this the right way?
what do you think is the strenght requirement for planche, Front lever and oa pull up

In what order should I include the muscle up?
I’ll make a video about that too!
Maltese is really fucking harf it is very advanced skill i believe
I don´t think Human Flag is a gymnastics skill
Everything with bodyweight is a gymnastics skill 😄 look at history of gymnastics
I hate basics
