    Tap Drill x 2 (6 minutes) - body prep
    Top 1/2 of Drive x 2 (6 minutes) - body prep
    Legs, back, no arm break x 2 (6 minutes) - body prep
    Acceleration drill (6 minutes) - slide control

    5 - minute steady state 20 spm to 24 spm
